Reasonable quality at affordable pricing. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Supermarket downstairs. With washing and drying machine plus stove and kettle which is good. Suitable for family. There is only 1 free housing keeping service during our 1 week stay. Would have been nice if the staff let us know in advance that's only available from Mon to Thurs and not Fri to Sun. Amenities can be refilled so it was still okay. Overall service is fair enough considering the price.

Was a great stay for 2! Spacious & clean room! Requested to change the light, and maintenance team was efficient on it! Great job!

The unit is spacious — it’s not a studio but a proper one-bedroom with a living area and kitchen. Free parking is provided, and there are restaurants and convenience stores just downstairs, which is very convenient. Overall, the stay was ok. However, there are a few downsides to note: 1. There was no floor mat provided for the bathroom. 2. The towels looked very dirty — they seemed to have been used as floor mats before, with black stains that couldn't be washed off. Do not use the towels! 3. The kitchen didn’t come with any utensils — only cups, bowls, and plates were provided. 4. There were pots and a frying pan, but their non-stick coating was completely worn off and unusable. Fortunately, the microwave was still working. 5. We stayed for 4D3N as a couple, but only 2 bottles of water were provided in total — definitely not enough.

For the price, the place is acceptable, but you get what you pay for so one cannot expect hotel standards, service and amenities!:) Cleanliness: The bed had blood stains, the sofa and walls had stains too, the floor had some permanent marks and the bathroom has some mould. At least it’s not dusty at all! Location: It’s a little farther out from the attractions, but that’s what makes the place affordable! It does have food and shopping nearby, and a supermarket downstairs. That’s the biggest plus. Service: Can’t expect fast responses before your check in time. There’s also no luggage storage services, only paid lockers. I was a little disappointed when the staff were not very helpful before my check in time. I asked if there was any lobby I can rest at before the room is ready, but they said there’s none. Later I discovered that the tower lobby had one that I could have rested at first. Amenities: - No tissues - No hand soap in the kitchen - No housekeeping unless you stay ＞7 days (mentioned in the listing but gotta remember!) And unless you ask them, - No extra garbage bags (which you have to dispose daily yourself) - Can’t tell which is shampoo which is body soap - No extra water - No change of towels
