Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur

The room has amazingly large space with a good view of downtown KL. However, the furnitures are dated and the curtains are dull waiting to be replaced. The water outlet in the shower is clogged and required proper maintenance. The toilet bidet needs to replaced as it leaks when in use. One down light near the bathroom door is faulty which requires replacement.The hygenic status of the towrls are in doubt as stains are visible.

Check-in was easy, the room was spacious and comfortable. But the pillows were clearly old and the sink had water drainage issues. Other than that, everything was good.

I request for: - late checkout 2pm - anniversary decoration - baby cot - klcc view andddd I got all of it! shout out to the staff. 🥹🥹 thank you for making my anniversary staycation meaningful. even the food got lot of variety and gewdd. will add into my "repeat stay" list (pls know thats good news coz I got others hotel that I wont repeat) thanks!!

We had a memorable stay at Sunway Putra Hotel. The thoughtful anniversary room decoration made us feel special. Although the cake was not provided, the delicious breakfast buffet and excellent service truly enhanced our overall experience.

This direct access allows for seamless transitions between the hotel and a wide range of amenities, including: Shopping: A diverse selection of retail stores. Entertainment: The option to watch movies. Dining: An extensive variety of food and beverage outlets. This integration with the mall means that guests have immediate access to leisure and dining options without having to leave the premises. The breakfast service was a highlight due to its extensive variety and commitment to offering a fresh selection. The daily rotation of the menu, particularly with staple dishes like noodles and rice, ensured that the food was not repetitive. This approach demonstrates a dedication to providing a dynamic and engaging dining experience for guests, even during a longer stay.

I extended my stay this time because i have to go somewhere in kl and it was last minutes decission. The room given to me was 1427 and i was a bit frustated because when i enter the bathroom it has a urine smell on the floor. And in the drawer got 3 pieces of pack tobacco left by previous customer. Please improve the cleanliness because this is my favourite hotel. Thank you.
