As usual, excellent amenities and service. I was upgraded from a Deluxe Room to a Deluxe Classic Room once more. I appreciate the kind service provided by the receptionist on duty on Saturday, April 26 at around 2:00pm. I believe I have dealt with you before, but I still neglected to ask for your name. The same goes for Ruby, who was on duty at the Atrium Lounge when I stopped by to unwind and enjoy a light meal. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I hope the Sunway Putra Hotel in KL continues to provide the greatest service.

Hotel is attached to Sunway Putra Mall with a lot of f&b choices. Hotel also near to LRT station. Swimming pool with a nice KL view. Room is decent and variety of food for breakfast but the quality can be further improved

Beside the fact that the room is not quite new, everything is perfect at Sunway Putra. Location is great, right at a train station and above a large mall. Staff is super polite and helpful. We got free upgrade, so my family had a giant room with an inbelievable price. I could not expect something more from a hotel.

The iron and hairdryer are very old. I ironed my pant and uneven heating cause a hole on my pant. The hairdryer is very old, the air blows weakly, couldn't dry my hair. The hotel is rather old and needs much improvement.
Plastic water bottles were provided in the room, even the group supports Sustainable Development Goals.
Location is good. you need to park at Upper floors as the hotel is situated in Level 9. You can go to the mall at Level 4 or G. Easy access to food and public transports.

I had a very comfortable stay at Sunway Putra Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing a relaxing environment throughout my visit. The bed and overall ambiance were excellent.
However, one small drawback was the water pressure in the shower—it wasn’t as strong as expected, which slightly affected the overall experience. Aside from that, everything else met expectations. I would still recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.
