Self check-in. Sampai hotel 3pm. 3.50pm baru dapat key. Rugi masa. Deposit 200. Refund in 5 days. Nasib baik bilik best view klcc. Sejuk hati ku. Takkan repeat kot.

The room is decent, we just had a bit of struggle finding where the hotel was, come to find out it self check in. The wifi is very slow. The good thing is the area is pretty quiet and nice.

Very bad service, arrived at the hotel at 3:40 but when I wanted to check in the key was not there maybe the room was not ready for me, One thing I have to wait with I have a little baby again. Deposit RM200 for refund take 3-7days working period, it should be near tiktok many bad reviews, the resident atmosphere is best but maybe I chose the wrong company, next will repeat but another company.
