Nice hotel with affordable price especially last minute booking. The location is great, easily accessible for food, public transports and attractions. The accommodation is tidy and comfortable. Recommend to budget travellers.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Excellent location, very near to Petaling Street with plenty of foods. Room very clean and nice (as just renovated last year). The only disadvantage is there’re cars and bikes roaring on streets in late night, affecting sleep….must wear earplugs to avoid sleepless night

NO NO NO . Extremely Rude customer service! They couldn’t allow me to check in and refused to give me my refund. The hotel has mold even and I have bad allergies. But they are extremely rude unprovoked!

Is a simple room good enough for sleeping overnight and no other extra facilities within the hotel. You just don’t focus on the unclean areas in the room and go to sleep once you are back to your room.

Location of hotel is really good. Many eateries just outside Hotel and Petaling Street. 6-8mins walk to Pasar Seni LRT. Reception is friendly and efficient. They have 109 rooms and 7 storey high building. Rooms are deep inside the building and you have to take 2 lifts from the reception and walk a distance to your room if it’s located right inside. Cleanliness need to be improved for the hotel premises, room and toilets. I took windowless room and it’s very quite.

Nothing to complain.. Satisfied with the Reception service ... While i left my Phone at the counter , he runs fast to send it back to me.. Lovely boy 😁..
