I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were perfect for a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the attention to detail—everything from the fresh linens to the thoughtful amenities made the experience feel special. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed place to stay!

Loveee the location the layout of the room. But something about the hotel just, doesn’t feel welcoming. Prolly it’s the simple size of the lobby. Overall ok

A very pleasant stay at pan pacific over the weekend. A shout out to Gladys, pan pac ambassador, for the great decoration. I have told them that I will be celebrating our wedding anniversary as well as my wife birthday during the stay. And the team did a great job is decorating the room. My wife and I love it a lot. And also the cake is very delicious. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

The hotel is very clean with good water pressure and water heater. All the staff are polite and helpful. The breakfast spread was quite minimal but they were all very tasty. There is a complete gym and game room for kids. Location wise is very strategic - all the major shopping malls are within walking distance. We will consider to come back again when we come to KL. Highly recommended!

It’s a lovely hotel locating in the centre of Kuala Lumpur. The room has everything you need and is spacious and comfy. Reception staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is also rich in diversity and taste. It’s about 3-5 minutes walk from Monorail Bukit Bintang Station which brings you to Sentral Station. Strongly recommended.
