Hotels near Heliconia Garden in Kuala Lumpur

The location is great. Sentral hotel is just across street from Monorail KL Sentral station, which is on the Nu Sentral ground floor. This is quit an old hotel.Our room was on the second floor in the hotel building. During our dtay, we saw some tiny roaches in the bathtoom almost every day. The staff was friendly and able to qickly respond to our requests.

Convenient Location, but Room Size and Amenities Could Be Better. I recently stayed at the Travelodge Chinatown in Kuala Lumpur. The hotel’s location is excellent~ just a short walk to the Pasar Seni station and close to the well-known tourist spot, Petaling Street. This made it convenient for us to explore nearby eateries and attractions. However, there were a few downsides. The rooms are quite small, and we noticed some ant activity. If you’re not bothered by these issues, it’s worth considering. Keep in mind that the hotel is basic, suitable mainly for budget travelers looking for a short stay. The breakfast buffet provided by the hotel was simple and not very tasty; I recommend exploring nearby food options instead. I hope this review helps! 😊

Great hotel. One stop hotel & mall. Easy to access MRT, mall, and food. Huge parking on the 4-9th floor. Fulfill the request and per booking. Excellent services all the tram crew and management. Few time in this hotel. Full of surprise and unexpected from the management. See you next week

The entire stay was filled with surprises! Upon check-in, I discovered that the faucet in the sink was leaking, which wasn't a major issue. However, after washing my hands, I found that the sink was completely clogged. The key issue arose when I reported it to the staff, who showed no signs of apology. They should have fixed it, because when I returned after going out, it wasn't as clogged. Yes, I stayed for 4 nights, and it did seem less clogged later on. But the surprises didn't end there. The room was equipped with a desk lamp, but when I tried to turn it on, I couldn't because, you know, their sockets were the British type, while the lamp had a European plug. This meant that the lamp they provided couldn't be plugged into their sockets. Oh, and during check-in, the receptionist asked if I had paid the tourist tax. I wasn't sure what that was, so I showed her my payment records. After checking, she said I should pay the tax, so I did as requested. However, later on, I checked my detailed payment records and found that I had already paid the tax during the reservation. I don't know if it was an issue with the hotel or with Trip.com, but I was charged twice. Later, Trip.com's customer service helped me process the refund, and I appreciate their efforts. Finally, I want to say that this hotel has a high rating. I don't know if it's due to lack of competition in Kuala Lumpur's hotel industry or something else, but overall, I feel like this hotel doesn't quite live up to the standards of being a Marriott-branded hotel. Overall, it was a weird experience

We enjoyed staying here at hotel very near to tourist attractions great location. The hotel room and staff also nice. My suggestion is just change the menu for the breakfast even every other . My friends and I want to book again next time.

Overall stay was great. Clean room and toilet; big room; complete amenities; staffs are fantastic and helpful especially the one assisted us to our room. We were on the 25th floor, has 4 elevators functioning and fast. Would recommend this place. Access to pool was superb. View of twin towers and KL tower was awesome and the pool itself has panoramic view.

Although the hotel already run more many years, but it still constantly improves the facilities and the quality. Spend a very good weekend here, will come back again. Con: Hot water system should’ve improved.

Eastin Hotel is trully awesome!! Last time when I’ve booked there, something happened to my room. But then when I complained to them, they upgraded my room immediately! Omg in love with their services! ❤️❤️ As attached is upgraded room by them 😍😍

Such a nice and comfortable place to stay.the room was clean.i stay for 2 night.the staff so helpful and fast respond regards of our enquirues.the area also accessible near to convenience store..mall and lrt station.i stay here for a couple of time. For sure will come for future.recommend

Not a good experience this time checking in to this hotel.. I booked last minute and remarked for late check in..so i arrived at 1.30am at this hotel..imagine coming to the front office with the receptionist wearing a mask??literally that white face mask for her beauty i guess…with no greetings from her..with that proudly face she showed to me..i didn’t have cash for deposit coz i’ve used it to pump gas to my car..cannot use card cause it passes 12am..she said..u should have known to bring deposit since this is not ur first time checking in here..i was like..i am alone and it’s passed midnight..i won’t risk my life going to the a** at midnight alone..why would she say that to her guest??? I am working in tourism industry and if this is what a receptionist way treating her guests, no wonder our industry is sinking..but no worries i’ll come back here to see if the management do something about this matter..thank u for this experience..
