The location is superb as it is located at the centre of Bukit Bintang, near to MRT but with limited parking facilities. Just call the hotel before check in to confirm the availability of parking space. The front desk staffs are nice and patiently waiting to assist my friend to park the car. Somehow it is a rainy day The room is great even though it has just enough space to solat. Amazingly, this hotel provides almost complete amenities with best budget. I do enjoy the stay but don’t forget to spare RM50 for hotel deposit.

the location is really very convenient. it’s walking distance to all the famous malls - just beside lot 10 and fahrenheit, 5 mins away from pavilion and 15 mins walk away from suria klcc. located just beside the monorail as well. the only complaint is that it’s located next to one of the busiest streets in KL, hence be prepared to hear lots of horning from the cars and motorbikes throughout the night. service was impeccable, even though cleanliness could be better. enjoyed my stay overall.

The hotel is located opposite a small street from Dorsett hotel at Imbi area. Although the surrounding the hotel is bit dark at night due to many construction on-going around, the hotel is very nice, new and with friendly staff. My room is the smallest one but the design is nice, modern and whole room look new. I believe the other side able to see the TRX tower, maybe you need to request that view. Wifi is good too. The TV channel very basic with local channels only. Many construction around, but I do not hear any sound from my room. The staff from lobby, counter, housekeeping and restaurant are friendly, they will greet you whenever see you. Good job to the team. The room is come with breakfast. The breakfast is simple with noodle and nasi lemak as main course. The next day, due to is Monday, it is set meal. The staff is kind that offer the customer with coupon go to Dorsett hotel for anyone who need. I not taking the offer, because it is find with me to have the American breakfast set. it is quiet and relaxing to have my breakfast there. The check in and check out is fast. Lobby is small, but the room is nice. I not see any notice on the shuttle to Mrt station, maybe need to ask. I forget to ask and all the time I walk around. It took around 10mins to Bukit Bintang MRT and Monorail station. This hotel is highly recommended. Hope have chance to stay again.

Nice location, near to city centre bukit bintang. But very hard to get parking. We parked our car at the nearest private parking (in front of the hotel) which cost rm10 only. (Please make sure u receive the receipt once parked the car bcs some people pretend to be the parking management and asked us to pay again when we want to exit the parking) pay once only yahh, during on your entry only! The hotel lobby is just nice and the toilet wasn’t available at the lobby. We booked standard queen room which is quite narrow but still comfortable. However, the wifi connection is very poor. I hope they could upgrade their internet package 😂. The amenities in the room is complete. But, we found a needle on the carpet in front of the toilet. I dont know it’s belong to whom but i hope whoever check in the room please make sure none of your belongings esp needles and pins drop to the floor. Luckily my husband stepped on it, not my baby. Haishh. The male reception also doesnt apologize on behalf of the hotel to me after i told them. Haha. Smooth check out process with deposit return. They give some snack after the process. This is an old hotel with fantastic location. Parking is chargeable at RM5 per entry. Check in experience can be much better. Room is dated and old but is expected given the cheap rates. Buffet Breakfast is ok and quite nice but can be better. Overall, if the rate is not too expensive, this is a good hotel choice.

The room was lovely, well decorated and laid out, and the bed was huge and the mattress comfortable. The pillows were just right - THANK YOU! The central bedside console for controlling the lights and aircon was nifty, though we couldn't work out how to totally dim it at night so had to throw a towel over it. The aircon had several modes which worked really well. All the room anenities were just right - iron, fridge stocked with drinks, gowns, welcoming bowl of fruit. The hotel gave us 3 free pieces of laundry daily, which was very usefulnand much appreciated. The laundry service was expensive - unfortunately par for the course for most hotels - but Hello Laundry, conveniently down the road, offered an excellent alternative service. Free breakfast was included, and the fare was simply amazing (see pics). There was something for everyone, you won't leave feeling hungry! Many chefs were busy preparing right in front of you, the waitstaff buzzed around like bees, and the head chef and manager were ever present. Great personal service, not a single person made us feel unwelcome. The check in service was fluid and welcoming, and the concierge and doormen helpful. Overall, a great stay.

Location is very convenient, close to Pavillion. No ac on lift area, super hot My room smelled so bad, they use naftalina and it’s so strong. On checkout they wanted to charge us 100rm because one of the towel was a bit dirty with make up. I had to hangd wash to be able to get my deposit back. I have never seen hotels charging for this. The staff was very helpful and polite however the manager didn’t even answer our call. There are so many better options around to stay for this price.

It's quite strategy as it's near Pavillion and is located at the center og Kuala Lumpur. The place is quite spacious as it can fit to 15 people in that place. THe facilities and service there not bad.

Good location in the heart of Bukit Bintang, but on the less hectic side. Easy access to mrt station, very near with walking distance. Room size is okay. Shower room size is spacious. Breakfast buffet is basic and simple, good enough to start your day. The hotel has nice gym and pool. But the pool water temperature is very cold, because its located indoor. We will come back to stay here if price is good.
