When I heard of this place, I went to YouTube to see any reviews for it and see how it looks like. On the day itself when I booked in, I am AWE how nice the place is and spacious it is, it’s looks so nice and worth to stay at the place. Booked the one bedroom premier, I gotten the highest level , the view from the living room and bedroom, I could see the KL tower, looks near but actually abit distance though. The swimming pool is nice and good too. It’s worth to stay for few days even for a day, it’s near to KLCC and walkable to W hotel as well.

Our 2nd time here but our first staying in 2 bedroom suite. Really love the space, style and view. Full kitchenette with washer dryer. Something to improve is the quality of the pillows. It's too soft, not so comfortable. Taking lift can take some time if it has stop on every other floor. To go carpark, need to change lift at lobby. A little inconvenient. Now the hotel is very much known and very crowded during this stay.

My recent visit to Renaissance Kuala Lumpur was for a short staycation following new year holiday. Being the Platinum Bonvoy member, the hospitalities that I received were top notch, especially from the front office team, lead by Hazura (Zura) and supported by Bernice, Hami, Khalis and Khadijah. Check in process was super smooth as it was handled very well by Zura. Room design is per standard modern design 5 * Star hotel, with some fresh interior look. Suite room was spacious with a decent living / TV area. The standard king Bed room is also good, with sofa bed provided. The plus point for this hotel, of course being the talk of the town, it's huge pool and playground areas for kids! To family with kids, this is a great hotel to stay considering their pool and playground areas are one of a kind. Plenty of water slides at the pool, also spacious playground area available with rock climbing activities (chargeable and prior booking is required for rock climbing). In summary, I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a short staycation closer to KLCC area. Thanks very much to the following Front Office Staffs for the hospitalities during our stay. To Zura, thanks very much for your kindness and great help during our stay, not to forget, Hami, Bernice, Khalis and Khadijah. See you again soon!

Trip.com stated 5* hotel but Google map stated 4*. Some personal feedback: Pros: ‼️ Location, location and location - While everywhere was jammed during countdown eve, the Grab driver was shocked our location was sooo smooth. From KLCC back to hotel was a breeze. ‼️ Water was refilled daily 👍 Cons: ❌ No bar fridge 😱 ❌ Phone was spoilt ❌ Office chair cushion literally sink in when seated omg. ❌ Hot water erratic and rain shower anyhow splash ❌ Noise - No way to sleep when someone is showering. Overall, breakfast was decent standard will likely stay here again in my next stay but hopefully not 20 years later. Cheers.

The location was not bad, around 5 minutes walk will reach a monorail station, 10 minutes will be able to reach Pavilion Mall. Free parking was available for the cars, and plenty of lots was available even around the Christmas day, so no worries for those who drives. Just remember to get an QR code from the receptionist before exiting. They do provide complimentary breakfast every morning. I stayed for 3 days, first morning was kind of bad, everything was very cold and not refilled on time and empty food trays could be seen. Second morning was better. Taste wise, not very authentic, Nasi Lemak taste like normal rice. But since it’s complimentary, better than nothing I guess. And remember to get the toothbrush kit from the receptionist, they only gave you upon request.

I love staying here. The location is very great. The service is also tip-top. I appreciate they give us a wake-up call every morning to wake us for suhoor. The breakfast also delicious. Honestly, its the second time for me to dine in here. I still feel the same vibe as the first time. Its such a great place to dine in or having a date. The staffs are friendly as always, this place have nice aura of calmness and elegance. Luck on my side! Bob suggested this drink to me (shame on me, i forgot about the name :(..... Its a great combination of sweet and salt. You should get a real experience of this. For real, this is a great refreshment for me. Not to forget about the other staffs (Rachel, Hidayat, Feroz, Suria & Aidy). They are very helpful and have great customer-relations skills. p/s : if you're still indecisive about the menu, just ask them to help. I always do this and it unbelievably works for me :).

I recently stayed at the Grand Campbell Hotel in Kuala Lumpur and found it to be a budget-friendly option. The hotel appears newly renovated with freshly painted walls, creating a pleasant ambiance. The location in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, adjacent to Campbell Mall and within walking distance to SOGO, is convenient. The presence of a 7-Eleven in the same building is a plus for quick necessities. However, I encountered a downside as there were small roaches in the room. Fortunately, they provided Shieldtox upon request. Despite this, the overall cleanliness exceeded my expectations, and the bed was both clean and odor-free. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, and it's worth noting that the reception requested a deposit upon late arrival, despite the lack of nearby open ATMs. After some inconvenience, they eventually waived the deposit requirement. In summary, the Grand Campbell Hotel offers affordability, cleanliness, and a central location, but be mindful of minor inconveniences like water pressure and the deposit policy.

The room smoke alarm keeps going off The landlord said it was normal The reason for checking online is because the battery is running out of power. Superb location, well decorated, very comfortable to stay at, cozy, and well facilities provided. Worth to stay for trip. Only not satisfied with the service. Got no access card , host said the card is missing and in process for getting new card from management, as other guest check out not returned the card. Its very hard for us to going out, up and down cause need to scan the access card , have to explain our situation to every security that we ask for help (shift job change). I hope they improve on this matter. Make sure they have the access card before guest check in.
