Do throw precaution to the wind and lower your expectations if you are planning a getaway to TADOM Hill Resort.... 1. Communal toilet needs repairs / upgrading. Taps are loose or missing handles, instant electric shower looks like it's gonna breakdown soon, shower door wth missing latch, no tissue inside toilet and toilets are smelly; 2. Doors to rooms have flimsy locksets. Thus do not bring too much valuables or leave camera equipments in the room. Thieves can easily break in; 3. Staying at the Tulou does not guarantee privacy. Day time tourist who are not room guests are allowed inside the Tulou to take photos. Such outsiders will also happily use the toilet on the ground floor meant for females only. Therefore do not be shocked to see a man using the female toilet; The Tulou which is a 2-storey circular building housing a number of rooms is at the entrance of the resort and away from the Registration Counter and Resort Security desk. Outsiders have direct access into the Tulou. This results in lack of safety and privacy. A male stranger unapologetically flung open our room door on the ground floor, hoping to take photos and received a toungue lashing from us. The resort should not allow outsiders who are not guests inside the Tulou. Foodwise, the Bistro serves better food wth more friendly service staff compared to the restaurant. Resort staff at the reception are friendly and helpful. Facilities wise there is not much to shout about unless you like swimming in the lake, ping pong, a game of volley ball, a small go kart circuit and dusty ATV rides (owner should consider special rates for room guests instead of standard rates for all). It's ok if you come wth a group of friends. Road leading to the resort is uneven and full of potholes. Owner should consider laying a proper crusher run road for the benefit of TADOM. This hotel is still new. Still renovation here n there. Hopefully, management can look into it especially safety issues tp others. Overall this hotel is good and recommended to others especially for families. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

the location is strategic, but facilities are not..it does not meet the expectation that we expect from a prestigious hotel chain like ascott level..lets dive into the negative points: - shared parking with mall..since during my time it was full, i had to park along side the road - receptionist was slow..suprisingly guest had to register again over the counter, although we have done it online - the hotel only had 1 receptionist despite having long q of guests..i checked in at 9pm (which is not peak hour but still long q), cant imagine if its during normal check in time - no toiletries, only shower foam is provided - they provided the normal coffee/tea drinks with mugs and heater, but did not provide spoons now lets look into some of the positive points: - reception area looks cosy, minimalist design - hotel lift is fast, despite sharing it with the mall - room size is convenient and clean - they hv both fan n aircond, which is great for people who is not used to aircond

This is a very comfortable place for homestays, travelers, and anyone who needs a short and long break. It has many facilities such as a children's swimming pool, gymnastics, and 24/7 security and monitoring. Worth recommending

After tiring day, early morning flight then missed flight by stupid mistake, almost lost passport, not able to find ticket. Not good half a day. Then staying at the airport having good veggie soup and latest top of the day is capsule transit hotel. First of all nice staff, very helpful. Great creative idea of small space sleeping capsules located on most expensive airport place. Hotel is build like container warehouse. You have your own capsule with light, charging….You get towel, water and sharing toilet and shower. Perfect enough. Many places to just in walking distance and shop some necessities. Really recommended

We chose this hotel for the 1 night we are spending at KL because we had an early flight the next day and this hotel is 10mins away from KLIA. There is nothing around the hotel. No eateries or activities to do except for the amenities in the hotel. It is nonetheless a clean and huge hotel. Rooms are normal.
