It was a bit of disappointment, the sleeping arrangements actually cannot accommodate for 6 adults, as the sofa bed was not stable and strong enough to hold 2 adult weight. The 2 queen size beds was placed side by side but there was not the same height, so can't to have one more person to sleep on. So it should not advertise can accommodate for 6 pax. Toothbrush, toothpaste was not provided and we have to go and buy.

It has been awhile since we went to Kuantan. So alang2 pergi kenduri di Kemaman, so we decided to stay here for 1 night. It was a lovely stay. Their breakfast is so good. Even my husband said like a premium. 😁 We love to come back for more night stays. Kuantan has been lovely. Please try Kassim Baba Roti Tempayan Cheese. They served good foods too. Only 5 mins from hotel.

Place was great, very relaxing Best thing was definitely the fooood. There wasn't much food around the area but the food at the resort was really amazing and the price wasn't super expensive The activities was a little less, quite a few stuff needs to be paid, like board game and even volleyball, but ping pong, cycling and archery was free If you're looking for somewhere out of the distractions, then maybe it's here, but if u wanna do some activities, hmmmm would rate it a 6/10, ended up watching netflix on laptop TV wasn't smart enough to have cable or direct netflix

Water leaking at room 1210 from the floor upstairs. . The wall has stained. The reception lady at the counter needs to be more courtesy and intelligence to resolve customer request which the customer has booked the room much earlier and get a replacement room for the comfort of your guests. Staying at Hotel Sentral Kuantan for the first time was a delightful experience overall. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to attractions and eateries. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. However, I was a bit disappointed as the room didn’t have a window, which made it feel a little enclosed. Despite this, the private parking facilities and overall service made up for it. It’s still a great choice for anyone visiting Kuantan, whether for business or leisure, offering good value for money.
