"The location is quite secluded among housing area (rumah kedai). Tapi, selamat je for parking. But, ade 4 ekor anjing keep menyalak around the area. 10mins to TC and 10-15 mins to viral eating places. Very clean, spacious for 4 people, still have space to pray, comfortable toilet and wardrobe size. Takde fridge but can use one at the hotel. Bawah hotel is chinese restaurant. Reception friendly. Iron, hairdryer, coffee table, toileteries already there. "

Amazing
FFreddy. VArrived late and left early for one night only. Didn't really see around but looks like some shop and restaurants were opened.
The hotel is old style but renovated. Good looking and well decorated. The room is clean and nice. The wiew to the river is nice but I don't spend time to look at it. The bathroom is good and a ventilation windows is open to outside so can ear the outside and neighborhood from the bathroom.
Nothing really bad.
The air conditioner sometimes noisy from outside but kind of normal for this kind of hotel.
Overall good place.

Best thing was definitely the fooood. There wasn't much food around the area but the food at the resort was really amazing and the price wasn't super expensive
The activities was a little less, quite a few stuff needs to be paid, like board game and even volleyball, but ping pong, cycling and archery was free
If you're looking for somewhere out of the distractions, then maybe it's here, but if u wanna do some activities, hmmmm would rate it a 6/10, ended up watching netflix on laptop
TV wasn't smart enough to have cable or direct netflix

Aamal niesaThe room is okay, not too big but not crampy. The sad thing is the room window is not giving us any good value to see for the price we have paid. But the mattress is comfy. There is small round stain on the blanket but we don’t wanna be so fussy thus we just let it go. The air-condition functioning well. The room isn’t sound proof as we can clearly hear other people’s coughing from the other room. Foods variety were okay but the taste were not really there. Some were too salty.
The big plus point for hyatt is only the beach.

EEeneoI travel for business meetings and stay for 3 nights. The hotel location is just opposite the shopping mall name East Coast mall by crossing the road. It is convenient to get food, coffee and dessert over there. And for the basement parking need to find hotel lobby signage for easy access to lobby. Breakfast got variety of food but normal, nothing wow. Check in and check out process kind of slow due lack of staff. Pls look into this matter as we are traveler for business and every minute is matter to us. We are in hurry.

Do try to improve on sound proofing as inconsiderate hotel guests sound (talking loudly at corridor and hard closing of door or stamping of foot from upstairs) is still quite prominent

Kudos to the male staff who stand from his desk and come towards to help me.
