plus : location exactly at citt center, not far from riverside or morning market. fast wifi. easy check in and check out.
minus : room is very small and smelly. The towel is dirty.

Overall teh room is ok. However, the toilet really smelly although its clean. The tv is not functioning.

I got a room that was a bit worse for me. The mattress is ok. Torn sheets and faded colors, bath towels that are too small for adults. The sink is leaking. The bed is next to the toilet door. Alas. Hopefully the management can do better
