This is my second time staying at this hotel. Location wise is great as you can do some walking to sight seeing. Kuantan tower is just beside. Room is spacious.

Room is spacious, clean & new. However when requested extra pillows, i was told it is chargeable at rm10 per pillow. Wow!! I just went to Mr Diy and bought a softpillow myself. Bfast was just ok. No egg station 😒 next time will just book without bfast. Can go eat at nearby cafes

The Location of the Hotel is Super Convenient. Walking Distance to Kuantan 188 Tower, Art Streets and Night Markets. However, surrounding a bit run down but have lots of Parking.
Cleaniness of the Hotel need more improvement and Renovation is Needed. Sound Proof for the Room is pretty bad. All items in Hotel Room is Old but still usable. Luckily Two Night was calm and peace, we sleep very well. Services is Good and have lots of Parking Behind Hotel. Suitable for Business Trip. Overall its still a Nice Stay. Not too bad.

So run down. In photos shown wooden flooring, but during my stay dapat bilik with carpet flooring. The carpet are so dirty and old, leaking aircond etc.. however trip.com helps me with the complaint! TQ.
But the hotel location was very strategic at the city and famous restaurant/places

Room size - suitable for 2 persons.
Cleanliness - clean and it has new carpet!
Television - in good conditions.
View - city view, nice at night cuz in front of bazar karat.

The Hotel is next to Menara 188 Kuantan and the view at night and from the Tower is magnificent!
Spacious room with easy access to famous eateries such as Watak Kopi and Ali Rusia.

My second stay here. This time the toilet has got foul smell which I had notified counter during check out. Floor under deskphone table was unclean, table has got oil stains. Hope the management take note.
