Muy mala experiencia en este complejo. Estamos teniendo problemas con un cobro en una tarjeta que no hemos usado en Albania y nos han hecho un cobro desde Bianco Hotel y no nos dan ninguna explicación del mismo, no nos están ayudando. Pésimo servicio. Un sitio como este debería atender a sus clientes cuando existen problemas, no solo cuando las cosas salen bien.

Les chambres sont très propres et nettoyées tous les jours ainsi que l’hôtel en général. Le rapport qualité-prix reste correct (85€/nuit environ). L’hôtel dispose d’un accès à une piscine qui elle aussi est très propre. Le personnel est accueillant. Le seul point négatif pour notre part reste le déjeuner qui varie très peu de jour en jour.
