Very modern and clean hotel. Odd setup for pool - there are no loungers, only chairs. Underground parking is useful but note the very steep entrance!

I would avoid at all costs. My father passed away a few days before my trip and they refused to give us a refund. They are so money hungry they would rather benefit from an individual who has lost their father. There are plenty of hotels around Albania who are decent kind and have a soul. You never what could happen so don’t go for this soulless and heartless hotel. It might be a decent hotel but they have no morals and I am sure if something happen during your stay will remain the same money hungry heartless selves. Why go to a hotel who has no decency and respect for the deceased.

A beautifully modern hotel in the centre of Ksamil. Cannot fault the cleanliness. Staff were cleaning all of the time and it was spotless. We had a stunning view of the sunset from our balcony and the room for myself and two daughters was a perfect size. You must eat here at least one evening as the food is outstanding. Staff are very polite, helpful and friendly. As it’s centrally located it’s only a short walk to the beaches. If you want less busy beach bars and restaurants, turn right out of the hotel, we walked about 15minutes away, and found places where loungers were free or much cheaper than those closer to us. Glad we visited. Thanks to all staff at this beautiful hotel.

Upon check in our hotel bathroom has a toxic smell that made the whole room uninhabitable. The hotel claimed they fixed the problem but did not. The hotel did however threaten our physical safety and boldly lied about whether the manager or owner was on site.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at the Colosseum Hotel in Ksamil. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The hotel is incredibly beautiful, clean, and tastefully designed with a luxurious touch in every corner. The rooms are elegant, spacious, and very comfortable – just what you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is also ideal, just a short walk to the stunning beaches and close to everything Ksamil has to offer. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere around the hotel – a true escape from the busy world. What really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive at all times. You could really tell they cared about making sure we had the best possible stay. Every request was met with a smile. We truly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and beautiful stay in southern Albania. We will definitely be back!

Great hotel
Hotel was fabulous very clean and modern great location walking distance to beaches shops restaurants and bars. Breakfast was good and staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble for them especially Adi in reception
