Perfect location, only 5 minutes on foot from the beach of Ksamil. The center where there are markets, traditional restaurants, pastry shop is located 3 minutes by foot. Hospitality from Klajdi and his family where they suggested everything possible about Ksamil and the most beautiful tourist spots The room is clean and with all possible facilities. And the abundant breakfast with different foods, and the safe parking inside the hotel, we will be there every summer. See you in the summer

This hotel is only 5 minutes on foot from Ksamil Beach. The centre, which has grocery, traditional restaurants and pastry shop, is only three minutes away on foot. Klajdi and his family were very welcoming. The room was clean and with all facilities. And abundant breakfast and parking included.

Very well managed small hotel which also has private car parking. The rooms are spacious and very recent with a good bathroom. Breakfast is a buffet and is included in the cost of the room. The quality/price ratio is excellent, while the management is excellent, standing out for its availability and kindness. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a simple, friendly run and very comfortable hotel in Ksamil

Family run business. Very friendly. I felt like a part of the family. The owners of the hotel made every effort to make our stay comfortable, interesting and enjoyable! Séjour très agréable dans un hôtel familial de qualité Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel situé au cœur de Ksamil et en gardons un excellent souvenir. L’établissement est d’une propreté exemplaire, idéalement situé à proximité immédiate des plages et des commodités du centre-ville. Le gérant s’est montré particulièrement attentionné et disponible tout au long de notre séjour. Il nous a prodigué de précieux conseils et nous a orientés vers des activités et restaurants de qualité à des prix très abordables. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, et le service est irréprochable. L’équipe reste joignable facilement via WhatsApp et répond toujours avec rapidité et courtoisie. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement pour un séjour en toute tranquillité à Ksamil.
