The hotel is situated just by the Jaworzyna mountain. The views are beautiful. The hotel staff represents team spirit in delivering the best customer experience. The institut has variety of services and best quality products. It was amazing Christmas Eve with live music, Christmas and New Years Eve - and again with live music but the band was extraordinary. Additional we had luck as the whole Poland was grey and sad, it was snowing and you could enjoy beautiful white Xmas!

We had stayed in the Irena Eris in the Mazury a few years ago, and my husband had been to this hotel before with 2 of our children, so I was excited to come. It did not disappoint and I would happily have stayed longer. The location is beautiful and peaceful (I hope the apartments that are being built next door won't change that) with lovely views from all the windows and terraces. Our room was beautiful and we were delighted to have a large balcony, though it was very hot while we were there so we were glad of the very efficient air conditioning too. Staff were very helpful. Food was very good and there was a good choice of menus. I would definitely recommend this place as a quiet escape from the very busy Krynica itself.

Stunning countryside, close to other attractions such as wooden churches. Service of staff Exceeded expectations...amenities top notch! Good so good... did meal plan breakfast and dinner. (No need for lunch as there is so much beautiful food). Look forward to visiting another one of her properties in north.

From the beginning to last day of stay everything was perfect. Welcome in the reception, suitcases collecting, room equipment. Free battery charging, and availability. Food is always one of the best quality with perfect visual and test impressions. Staff always helpful and friendly. Even whether was perfect.

Very comfortable place to stay. You feel pampered. Saunas and jacuzzis are just perfect. Beautiful views from the rooms , lovely evenig service and exceptional food. I loved the sound of singing birds on the hotel’s corridors. The hotel staff is excellent.

Wonderful place, great people. Nice welcome, beautiful view, quiet rooms. Spa are very nice with extra drinking water and tee. The service is very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend for a relaxing weekend or a holiday stay. Additionally nice area for exploring.

Perfect, relaxing stay. Very quiet, extremely comfortable hotel. Fantastic, large spa, luxurious wellness area, beautiful views from all rooms and exceptional food. The hotel staff is excellent. We stayed for 4 nights which was not enough…

The best place to relax. Very nice atmosphere. Fantastic food. Clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in the very attractive place, with a beautiful view on Jaworzyna Mount. I 've been going back for 15 years and still high quality:) I recommend Patricia Kuder
