Hotel Dražica - Hotel Resort Dražica

This hotel is 6 floors high and during our stay the hotel was also visited by two tour groups. The hotel has an all-inclusive formula, including drinks during dinner. You then get the feeling that you have ended up in a "food shed". The food is mediocre, but is regularly replenished. The room was spacious with even a refrigerator. The bathroom is on the small side. The advantage of this hotel is its location on the water and within walking distance of the center of Krk and the harbour.

With my family we spent 6 days at Drazica. Well to say that we had a great time is an understatement. Everything was almost perfect. I'll start with the pros: kindness of the staff, including the good entertainment girls. Breakfast and dinner are always different, plentiful and all delicious, with unlimited drinks (including alcohol. Breakfast is also varied with unlimited drinks and food. For a surcharge we opted for lunch. In this case the choices are limited to a first course (always broth, which I always kindly declined, but which my children ate willingly), a second course with a side dish and unlimited drinks... for all 6 days of my stay I ate a fish dish that was always different from the previous one. The hotel offers private parking with a barrier, so no one can take away your parking space. There are also 2 swimming pools; our stay also included sunbeds and umbrellas games and music, you can also enjoy drinks prepared by the bar. Regarding the cons, I agree with the other reviews: unfortunately the Wi-Fi is terrible, as is the underperforming and noisy air conditioning. The room is cramped, but it's fine for sleeping... if I had to do anything else I'd stay at home. Just outside the hotel you will find a crystal clear sea surrounded by a beautiful pine forest. A 10 minute or less walk along the seafront, you will find yourself in the beautiful town of Krk with its clubs, the port and its people. This was my first holiday in Croatia and the Drazica hotel was a good choice and one I recommend.

Full hotel parking. We had paid for a room with a view of the sea and swimming pool, but the room we were given was on the 1st floor, the sea view was very limited, the swimming pool view non-existent and we had our noses on a roof like cladding. A so-called 3-star “resort” hotel is none of that. Terrible building distorting the site, hotel without charm. Decoration of the rooms dating from the late 1970s and early 1980s. Small and poorly designed bathroom. No place to put your toiletry bag. Mold around the bathtub and faucets, dirty bathtub curtain. The restaurant room is very noisy, looks more like a canteen and the cleanliness of the dishes is questionable. Not a single bottle of water in the room and no kettle in the room for tea or infusion. In short, 180 euros is really a lot to pay for such a terrible room and I feel like I was cheated because it didn't correspond at all to what I had booked. Despite my dissatisfaction, the reception did not try to accommodate us claiming that the hotel was full. A lie because the same evening there was still room on Booking, but we should have upgraded. Not very commercial all that!! In short, I do not recommend this hotel at all, which ruined our brief stay in KRK.

Everything is nice except the space in the room, the air conditioning is ineffective and makes a lot of noise and doesn't cool anything, as for the room it is very small and it is difficult to walk and move, even the pillows are not very comfortable for sleeping

Friendly staff. During our stay the internet did not work, which was resolved the next day as agreed by the manager. Mold was visible in the seams of the bathtub in the bathroom. The evening meal and breakfast were very extensive and even tasty. During dinner, drinks (beer/wine) are included in the buffet so that the terrace was very quiet (hours) beforehand (because drinks have to be paid for there). If you come with a midsize SUV or similar or larger: report this immediately at check-in, otherwise you will be assigned a (free) parking space that even a Fiat 500 driver will have to shrug at when parking. I had to get in from the other side of the car and wrestle my (almost) elderly cadaver to the driver's side to get the car out of place. Larger cars are assigned a different parking space. We had booked a trip through the ANWB, which resulted in the cheapest room on the corner of the hotel with minimal view. Next time I will book my room myself and not through the ANWB. The room was not equipped with air conditioning and was quite warm even in spring. The room was equipped with a mini fridge and a (very small) safe for a fee. A laptop doesn't fit in there.

Reasonable hotel, somewhat dated but with good facilities, such as swimming pool and terrace (music on weekends) and located directly on the sea, with beautiful sun terraces, next to a park, a 5-minute walk from the center of Krk. Breakfast and dinner buffet. Quality average. Service is friendly. We are satisfied.
