No comments!!! Bad place, bad service! The director of hotel is a not professional, arrogant and I think sometimes is a not bad to have respect for people!!! I dont advise this place for visits or holidays! When you come inside you feel the disgusting smell of cigars like in chip night club and also strange smell from the kitchen! I doubt that these people invest in the quality of this hotel! Personal is a very young and not professional! I have the impression that management doesn't want pay for quality and just use people!

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The bed was so comfortable that I had the best sleep in a long time. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with everything from restaurant recommendations to arranging transportation. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. The food was another highlight. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and the hotel’s restaurant served some of the best meals I’ve had. This hotel is everything you could want in a luxury stay. From the elegant lobby to the beautifully designed rooms, everything was top-tier. Check-in was smooth, and I was greeted with a complimentary drink, which was a nice touch. My room was spacious, with a super comfortable bed, a large TV, and a gorgeous marble bathroom. The rain shower was a dream! I also took advantage of the spa services, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had. The massage therapist was excellent, and the overall ambiance was so peaceful. The food was exceptional, with a great mix of international and local cuisine. I appreciated the attention to detail in both the presentation and flavors.

Ok I have to admit I booked this place in a hurry, but it was absolutely worth it, the ambience was just so perfect and dare I say the staff were outworldly polite. I’ll give them a 10 outta ten for the standard I believe they set in respect to some other hotels I’ve visited

The best room service I’ve had in a while, they were professional. The meals were also great. The staff made our stay comfortable making it a very nice experience considering I was making a visit to that part of the town for the first time. I’ll highly recommend them
