Rooms are like cell blocks. No lighting, apart from bedside, shower fitting broken, single room sold as a twin, no space for luggage. Floor tiles instead of carpet, In desperate need of a refurb , tacky

We will not stay again no staff on site after 10pm . The bar closed at 9.30 at night. There was no mattress protector on bed . No air conditioning . The hotel as newly renovated, no evening meals only breakfast with limited choice. It's very expensive. We were there for a conference over 60 people.

Superior rooms were very small. There was no seating area in the room or phone. Only tea making facilities when we requested coffee we were refused. The bathroom was incredibly small with only one hook and no where to hang wet towels. Towels not changed when left on floor. Bar closed early every night and shut on Sunday. Breakfast was good.

Die Zimmer sind nicht klimatisiert!! Es hatte 29* in der Nacht. Frühstück orientalisch…. Essen auf der Terrasse ist ein Staatsverbrechen! Für 100te Leute gibt es keinen Platz draußen zu Essen! Danach wurde uns verboten weiter Essen zu holen und zu frühstücken, bis der Chef da ist. Es gab dann eine Diskussion auf der Terrasse mit dem Chef. Die Argumentation, dass dann alle draußen essen wollen und es zu wenig Platz gäbe, ist einfach nicht schlüssig, weil nicht erkennbar ist wo das Problem ist. Dann können halt nicht alle sitzen, ist halt so! Nachdem er die Rezession gelesen hatte kam er zu uns in den Frühstücksraum (zu dem wir dann zurück mussten) um mir zu erklären, dass ich lüge. Richtig wäre um Änderung der Bewertung zu bitten. (Hatte sie geschrieben als die Diskussion auf der Terrasse war) Nicht sehr zeitgemäß!!

Wir haben zwei Tage im Hotel verbracht und schon bei Bezug des Zimmers festgestellt, dass der TV bzw die Sender nicht funktionieren. Insgesamt haben wir 4!! Mal bei der Rezeption reklamiert und wurden immer vertröstet. Auf meine Anfrage, dass man bei diesen hohen Zimmerpreisen ein funktionierendes TV Gerät erwarten dürfte, wurde weder eine Wiedergutmachung noch sonstige Reaktion gezeigt. Fazit - wir werden das Hotel einfach nicht mehr buchen!

Das Hotel ist fußläufig zum Steinertor und der Fußgängerzone und zum Karikaturmuseum. Es bietet Parkplätze um € 8.- an - den Preis finden wir in Ordnung. Das Zimmer (107) war etwas zu kühl, was dem Umstand der Reisezeit Ende April, Anfang Mai, also dem Ende der Heizsaison, geschuldet war. Sehr bequeme Betten. Die Türen der Dusche haben nicht allzu gut geschlossen, und in der Früh ist der Schlauch der Dusche abgerissen (was man als Pech bezeichnen muß). Man hat uns dann sofort ein Zimmer daneben für die Dusche angeboten. Auch hier haben die Türen der Dusche schlecht geschlossen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für ein 3-Sterne-Haus sehr reichhaltig. Das Personal sehr nett und bemüht.

Ottimo il parcheggio per le bici (con cui noi siamo arrivati) dotato della possibilità di controllare la pressione delle gomme e sicuro; bagno piccolo ma con una doccia estremamente comoda e moderna.

Es war alles toll, das Frühstück zu Beginn des Tages mit grosser Auswahl. Die Lage ideal um in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt schlendern zu können. Stadt und Hotel perfekt.
