Reasonable rates for very average accommodations A very friendly and helpful greeting at check-in…but then…a RFID room lock that didn’t work properly, a lamp shade that was broken and fell off when the light was first turned on, and. TV the was inoperable ( later found the power cord had become detached from the back of the television. The “breakfast” amounted to self service coffee, an assortment of granola bars, mini-muffins, and packets of oatmeal. Bottom line, it gave us a place to lay our heads for a few ski days at Steamboat. That said we would likely look for a hotel in Craig, CO for our next stay.

The lady working the front desk was very friendly. We were stopoing for the night to get out of a nightmare snow storm and she made check in a breeze. The room was very clean and comfortable

Room 208: Shower handle was stripped so we couldn't shower. Heater was either on or off. Thermostat didn't matter so we eventually just had to turn the heater off as the room was too hot. The employee (from Georgia?) was great. Continental breakfast was pathetic. No cereal. No milk. No bread or toaster.

something happened to the TV channels that I had last time I stayed there.

The price was good but I only didn’t like the door of the room, it’s making a noise when opening or closing it.

The hotel and room were clean. Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The only thing that wasn’t the best was how you could hear a relatively low volume TV in another room and the footsteps of those above you. Things did quiet down after 10pm. Everything else fit our needs perfectly.
