We booked here because our daughter stayed at the Disney Paris hotel and said it was very good this hotel is close to the train station and has a tram stop if you can’t walk far,The staff were very helpful and pleasant the reception gave us a map and pointed out where the Christmas markets were.The hotel is very much like a Hampton by Hilton but not as spacious it it situated on a cross road and you can here the noise from traffic and trams but we enjoyed staying here as it was great value for the money.we paid for breakfast on our first day to see if it was good then booked for the rest of our stay as it was very good nice fresh rolls ham and cheese.I would definitely recommend here and hopefully visit again next year

I saw a review from 3 months ago in which a woman wrote about the mold above the shower. 3 months later, when I visited, I also saw mold above the shower and even the staff confirmed to me that nothing is being done about it. These rooms really shouldn't be given to any more guests, after all, mold is a health risk. My second room, which I got after the change, was OK except that smoke came in from outside because people were smoking in the courtyard. But that's not the hotel's fault. Staff were otherwise friendly and breakfast was OK too.

Excellent hotel for work. Breakfast starts at 6.00 and this is a nice plus for this hotel. I managed to have breakfast even having to leave early for the airport. Room spotless and checked every day, cleaning service is very efficient. The only thing missing is laundry service, but that's maybe for other types of hotels.

Wir waren zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel. Es ist sehr einfach eingerichtet mit etwas schmalen Betten. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Frühstück tipptopp, obwohl es im Frühstücksraum recht kalt war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Preis-Leistung ist ausgezeichnet und wir würden wieder kommen, wenn wir in Krefeld wieder eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit benötigen.

Erstaunlich sauber, klein aber fein und das Personal ist auch nett. Wir hatten gar keine Probleme und die Lage ist auch gut. Alles ist in der Nähe und wenn nicht, dann sind die Öffentlichen direkt da. Super für eine kurze Zeit! Ich möchte nochmal darauf hinweisen, dass es extremst sauber ist, wow.
