Отдыхал с братом 12.04-13.04 , впервые за столько лет узнал что в Краснодаре есть такой Отель, с таким шикарным СПА! Дай Бог мне здоровья приехать к вам еще не раз! Спасибо всему персоналу за такую колоссальную работу!

Только что заехали в 608 и сразу с порога. Грязные стены, отклеивающиеся обои. А свет нормальный только в зоне прихожей, в остальном номере нет потолочных светильников, видимо чтоб грязь было сложнее разглядеть. В ванной ржавый стол, стекло душевой все в толи плесени, толи налете, а может все вместе. Тропический душ течет, капает прямо на голову, хочешь не хочешь ее тебе мыть придется. Дверь ванной вся в белом налете, ужасно. В унитазе желтый налет. Кран раковины в налете. Подушки самый дешевый синтепон, весь в комочках. Даже халаты разочаровали, все в торчащих нитках. Вывод, наши деньги уже не вернешь( а это на минуточку 20 тысяч за ночь в таком ужасном номере) но вам помочь еще можно, не бронируйте тут номера, вас ждет разочарование. П.с Мое возмущение не передать, если такое твориться в номерах, то что в спа даже думать не хочу. Если бы можно было поставить отрицательную оценку, я бы с удовольствием ее поставила

Редкий отель в Краснодаре может похвастаться таким разнообразием услуг, при том, что Краснодар не совсем туристический город. Тут вам СПА и бани с 2мя бассейнами, один из которых на крыше с красивыми видами на город, и двухэтажный спортзалище, маникюр, педикюр, парикмахерская, массажи, ресторан, где вкусно кормят, на той же крыше. Через дорогу крупный торговый центр. Для деловых поездок и в качестве перевалочной базы на черноморское побережье мой 100%ный рекомендасьён.
