Отличный отель останавливаемся уже не первый раз всегда на высшем уровне заселение чистота в номере наличие косметических принадлежностей белоснежная постельное белье полотенце прекрасный спа который входит в стоимость номера хамам сауна бассейн комфортная температура 24° также обязательно рекомендую брать номер с завтраком завтраки по системе шведского стола европейского уровня все очень вкусноочень аккуратно выложено все сотрудники отеля очень вежливые единственный минус что если вы заранее не забронируйте парковку машину вам будет поставить просто негде и система бронирования парковки налажена очень плохо

Отвратительная девушка на ресепшен по имени Александра. Никак не смогла решить проблему,созданную отелем при неправильном размещении. Постоянно ссылалась на «виноват сайт бронирования,кто угодно,но не мы».
Забронировала номер с видом на январские праздники,чтобы увидеть Краснодар во всей красе,так как являюсь гостем этого города. Я заплатила денег больше,чем за стандартное размещение без вида. Но отдел бронирования ошибся и мне предоставили номер без вида,никак не принесли извинения и постоянно говорили о том,чтобы я «разбиралась с отделом бронирования сайта»,принесли лист а4 с не моим номером подтверждения,не моей датой бронирования ,но моими данными,уточнив,что это «не их проблемы». Мне удалось спокойно отдохнуть в отеле и воспользоваться спа-услугами,и сам отель красивый и ухоженный,но вот персонал на ресепшен оставляет желать лучшего. Рекомендую управляющему подходить к подбору персонала или скорректировать скрипты. Сам отель понравился,как и вся сетка Марриотта.

Прекрасный отель и сам номер. На ресепшн вежливо и подробно рассказали что есть в отеле. Поселили на 14 этаже с видом на город. В номере чисто, свежо, имеются все необходимые принадлежности, в т.ч. халаты и удобные тапочки. Рекомендую данный отель.

Приятный отель в центре города. Ресторан на 21 этаже вкусно накормил. Рядом много кафе.
Жили на 8 этаже. Номер просторный чистый удобный.
Посторонних шумов не было.
Как минимум два охранника на входе.

Я уже не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле , и как всегда все на высшем уровне , правда в этот раз вид из номера был не такой классный , а так сервис отеля 10 баллов , процветания и побольше клиентов , чистота , качество , лучший сервис !!!

Отличный отель, но Марриотт другим и не бывает. Жили на 14-м этаже, хороший вид. Не плохая зона СПА, особенно хамам зашел.
