Первое, что хотелось отметитить - великолепное соотношение цены и качества! Чем хорош отель? Главная фишка отеля - СПА-зона. И ее бесплатное для постояльцев посещение до 15:00. Она расположена в цоколе и включает просторный зал для отдыха, бассейн 6×4, хамам и сауну (реально 100-110 градусов), раздевалки и туалет. Каждый день во время проживания спускались туда с женой на лифте и расслаблялись в чистоте (!) и полном одиночестве. А для курящих оттуда есть свой выход на воздух. Номер чистый и просторный. Есть все необходимое, кроме одноразовой бритвы и сейфа. Не было тапочек, но позже узнал, что их выдают на рецепции. Кстати, о их работе. Очень внимательно относятся к любому пожеланию клиента. Нас без доплат и проблем заселили в 12 дня. Огромное спасибо! По расположению. Отель находится в центре в 200 м от ул. Северной - магистрали соединяющей а/п, парк Галицкого и ул. Красную. Очень удобно. Все достопримечательности можно обойти пешком. Все пределах 2-3х км, включая ж.д. вокзал. Завтраки шв стол сервируют в кафе во второй половине цоколя. Присутствует кофемашина, йогурты, блинчики, выпечка, творожная запеканка и остальное как обычно. Выбор не велик. Без изысков. Но вполне можно наесться взрослому мужчине до вечера. Парковка на улице под камерами перед входом. Места были. В чем-то готов согласиться с теми, кто пишет "отель несколько уставший" или "это не 4****". Да, утонченным привередам здесь может не понравиться. Но, ребята, невозможно обновлять интерьер каждые 5 лет. И по всем параметрам это фактическая 4ка. Будьте снисходительны! Тем более, что цена ооочень порадовала. Чуть больше 2к на двоих в сутки с завтраками на Броневике. Подводя итог, говорю СПАСИБО руководству и персоналу. И смело рекомендую!

Гостиница нуждается в ремонте, номера грязные и прокуренные, кондиционер вроде висит и как-то работает, но фактически помещение не охлаждает, при одном только его виде уже страшно, как и страшно подумать когда он в последний раз обслуживался. Напор воды непостоянный, то больше, то меньше, от этого соответственно меняется температура. Сантехника в ванной с ржавыми подтеками, пол в душевой кабинке ходит ходуном. Персонал очень не клиентооритированный, сидят отрабатывают часы.
