Чисто, вежливый персонал. Находится в центре - все близко, на такси до жд вокзала 8 минут. Заселение молниеносное!

Бронировали на две ночи 24-26 мая. На второй день отключили электричество в номерах. В коридорах свет был , а в номерах нет . Ни зарядить телефон, ни помыться нормально 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ Сутки были без света . На просьбу переселить ответили отказом . На просьбу компенсировать - отказ. Ночью пьяные компании устраивали дебош в сауне , которая на 1 этаже .

Нам ужасно не понравилось. Очень грязный и пыльный номер, такое ощущение, что там не убирались не знаю с какого года, провонявшийся сигаретами, полотенца с какими-то пятнами. Кресла и спинка кровати были пыльные. Дали какой-то страшный весь красный номер, из которого хотелось бежать быстрее. Невозможно было находиться внутри. Полотенец недостаточно.

Замечательный отель,персонал очень вежливый и гостеприимный.Отель находится в хорошем местоположении города,буквально пару кварталов и ты в самом центре города.Номера чистые,приятно пахнут,панорамные окна. Так же в отеле есть сауна.Осталась очень довольна,рекомендую🙂
