Villa Diana

Krasnodar, night. Decide where to go. Bucking issues 1900 rubles for luxury a day. I love such hotels. Big hall, big rooms. I asked the room next to the entrance to carry the suitcase nearby. It turned out to be a room right opposite the administrator. We were warned that it could be gentle. But the suitcases and 2 hours of the night played their job. The room is just huge, spacious. Interior and freshness for 4 to 5 balls. But for 1900 just great. Of the downsides, the lack of pandus for small-mobile and luggage. And the location of the first floor at the height of the second. That is, with the suitcases on the hands. There is a parking lot. As a result. Nothing special, the accommodation object was matched to expectations. Hard 4.
Grand Spa Hotel Avax

Do not stop in this hotel, the terrible attitude of the staff, dirty smelling rooms, broken bed, mattresses long time to throw them all sold, full of unsanitation, breakfasts are terrible nowhere, in the spa you can easily get any infection. Fully antisanitary. They have already applied to the relevant authorities. And I will apply to the court, the fire station, to check for safety. To reimburse the costs I have incurred. Because staying in this hotel was not a wish to leave. And paid money does not return, but not on those. Everything will be reimbursed to me. Want to spoil your holidays come to GRAND SPA HOTEL AVAX in Krasnodar.
Villa Italy

Use extreme caution when renting a villa in Tuscany. The experience is very varied. We were on a family reunion needing a second villa to support all of us. The air conditioning was very poor in some of the bedrooms. When I asked the manager to look at it all he could say was sorry. I also asked for a fan and was told no to this request. Communication was very poor as well. The manager only responded to the use of What’s App never to a text or phone call. We ordered items for a pantry and many things were missing. In the end we were asked to pay for meals and pantry items in cash euros. Since we were not carrying the cash we wrote a check but were charged a 10 percent VAT tax. None of this was explained in advance. The other Villa was an entirely different place. Comparing the two villas. Villa Parmolaia was like being treated like a second class citizen. As well many items were in disrepair ie broken toilet seat. Bath tub leaking hot tub jets broken. We even had limited towels and toilet paper——2 towels per person for the week 1 for the shower 1 for the pool. There was also no soap shampoo etc which the travel agent said would be included. Beware of Tuscany Italy. Very tricky!
