Плюсы: Приветливый администратор. Чисто, тепло (включают кондиционер на обогрев). Окна открываются . Дали номер на первом этаже и не пришлось тащить чемоданы. Можно постирать вещи за 450 рублей. Есть подогреваемый бассейн на улице . Есть баня за доп плату. В номере холодильник, мини бар, тапки. Можно оставить чемоданы на хранение бесплатно.
Минусы: за ребенка в сутки берут + 1000 р. Моя мама сказала , что пыльно , но я не почувствовала.

Так себе отель, вся фишка: теплый бассейн. В номерах на первом этаже постоянный запах сырости, батареи отключены, только кондей спасает немного. Утром холодно🥶санузел требует ремонта, все отваливается и шатается. Попросили уборку, но уборка оставила желать лучшего, просто закинули 2 чистых полотенца и заправили кровать тем же грязным постельным, которое должны были поменять. Второй раз туда не поедем.

Очень полюбился мне этот отель , не первый раз туда приезжаем почилить. Удобное расположение самого отеля, все компактно обустроено , баня, бассейн. Чистые номера, приятный дизайн, всегда свежее белье, мини бар, средства гигиены, халаты , тапочки . Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Отдельное спасибо администратору Любе)) Было очень приятно, что Любовь , сразу узнала своих постояльцев. )) Всегда вежлива , тактична и заботлива , что делает прибывание в отеле еще приятнее . В следующий раз , когда приедем , надеюсь нас также встретит Любовь ❤️❤️❤️

Что порадовало - это бассейн с подогревом . На этом всё. Баня платная и малюсенькая , толком не прогревается , банщиков нет. Номера малюсенькие , стиль колхоз . Только шампунь , даже кондиционер и зубные щетки отсутствуют , питания нет , слышимость ужасная . Никогда не видела , чтобы так ужасно убирались , кровати даже толком не заправляют .

Отель очень крутой! Номера как на фото, чисто. Из окна красивый вид. Басик с подогревом и видом на горы - кайф. Снимали баню на два часа - кайф. Беседка - кайф. До Красной поляны пять минут на такси, также ездят автобусы. Недалеко от отеля есть магазины и столовые/кафе. Персонал приветливый и дружелюбный. Однозначно советую :)
