С друзьями отдыхали в августе 2023. Отель находится в очень удобном месте.Остановка в 5-ти минутах.В нашем номере был кондиционер,но не было сушилки(развешивать постиранные вещи было некуда)замечательная горничная Ирина,благодаря которой номер всегда был чистым .Завтраки нас устраивали. Но было несколько раз несоответствие ингредиентов в заявленном завтраке.Приходилось менять заявку .Не понравилось,что персонал часто не мог ответить на заданные вопросы по поводу местонахождения некоторых местных достопримечательностей.отель на троечку,на переночевать 😊.Если планируете много путешествовать,то для того,чтобы утром зарядиться вкусным завтраком и вечером насладиться отдыхом в чистом номере - отель подойдёт.

Плюсы данного места: официальное заселение (по документу), кому важны для работы компенсации, например - это оно. Вкусные завтраки - нужно заранее выбрать, что хотите есть и написать нужный номер. Получите то, что заказывали. Расположение удобное. Это прям сердце Красной поляны,останрвка "Вертодром". На этом о плюсах всё. Минусы - персонал не особо то и рад гостям, а именно администратор на ресепшен. Единственный раз, когда улыбнулась, когда мы выезжали. В ресторане готовят именно под завтраки, обеды и ужины, так как хотели перекусить с дороги и пока ждали заселения, но смогли лишь заказать пиццу и чай. Другого в меню не было. Номера не особо чистые. Волосы. Убитый ленолеум. Нет кондиционера. Жара была +30 и выше. Приходилось спать с открытой дверью балкона. А балкон выходил на заведение напротив и кто-то постоянно или курил там, или проходил. В общем, второй раз я бы оставаться не стала. Но тем, кому переночевать и позавтракать - неплохой отель.

Нечеловечные условия, летом сюда не ногой! Если вы уважаете себя и своих близких, не заселяйтесь, что бы не получить шок и тепловой удар. В комнатах хуже чем в теплицах, кондиционера нет, воды бутилированной нет, в номере температура выше чем на улице в 10 раз. Позор. Теперь при заселении в России в гостиницы, нужно еще уточнять, а будет ли кондиционер! Не рекомендую! Предложили только вентилятор! В 21 веке в отеле.

Отель отвратительный, номера убитые, на кроватях спать невозможно, матрасы убитые, подушки пахнут плесенью. В ванной комнате раковина разбита, пахнет канализацией и плесенью! В самом номере пол убитый! Заявленные на балконе столик и стулья - это только на фото! Ни на одном балконе этого нет! Персонал это вообще отдельная история. Хамоватые, ничего не знают, как будто первый работают! Один плюс это горы и завтраки! Очень подумайте перед тем как посетить этот отель.

Прекрасный отель, идеальное моогцена/качество. Рядом магазины, аптеки, кафе, автобусная остановка. Были включены завтраки, очень питательные и разнообразные. Немного медлительный персонал в кафе при отеле, но это совсем мелочи)

Обещали номер с видом на горы, дали номер с видом на крышу и горы сбоку, затем дали номер с видом на горы и стройку, по соседству с шумной трубой, невозможно спать Завтрак, который заявлялся к определенному часу, принесли с опозданием в 50 минут. В ванной плесень, вообщем сплошное разочарование. Приехали, специально в горы на 2 дня, чтобы насладиться красотой, в итоге отдых испорчен. Не рекомендую, лучше заплатите и возьмите нормальный отель, с адекватным персоналом.
