Top location, very good food, big family room, tooop wiev, lot of entertainmant for kids (baking cookies, making lantern, night walking...). Very kind receptionist...We have the best time in this hotel (ski vacation). :))) we would go the next year too

We stayed for skiing at the Ramada Resort. The hotel is not one of the newest and most compfortable ones but the location ( distance to the slopes and especially the Staff working at the resort must be accounted as very good! The food is ok. There is a good variety of meals to choose.

Very friendly staff. Good food. Nice location next to the ski slope. The room is big, very comfortable bed. Everything was clean. I had to leave one day earlier due to health issues, and the hotel did not charge for the last night. Thank you very much.

We stayed at this hotel for our end of year vacation along with other friends. It was the perfect solution as it's located right at the beginning (or end) of the slopes with a fantastic view on the mountains and the ski area. There is a very good spa with swimming pool which is accessible for free for all hotel gusts. Food both at fastback and dinner was excellent, with so much choice for all tastes. As we drove by car, we took advantage of the free parking space of the hotel. This is the absolutely perfect location for skiers, with ski schools in from of the hotel, a ski-room inside the building to store the equipment and so many places to have food. Truly recommended, probably the best spot in Kranjska Gora.

Room very expensive - 450 eur/nighr. For that price you get very poor room. Windows not sealing properly. Doors not sealing properly. Very dark room. Not enough lights in room. Bathtub very small, water flushes out because bathtub not sealed properly, mirror broken in the bathroom and siliconed back together. Sofa small unconformable and dirty. Heating low, cold in room. Even when radiator on maximumm Room should have 4 beds in stead it were only 3 and a couch. Old furniture. Picture of the room on the website misleading. Due to picture of the room and the price have expecting more than you actually get. Staff is good, very friendly. Pool is good, nice view from the pool on the ski resort. Food (breakfast) is good, tasty, diverse.

We stayed at this hotel for 9 days on our visit to Slovenia and used it as a base to visit surrounding countries. The hotel itself is dated as others have said, definitely does not deserve its 4 star rating, room was boiling, facilities were old, water temperature was never consistent. Not what is expected of a 4 star establishment. Staff were incredibly rude each time. At first, I put it down to a possible cultural difference. However, we came to realise there are many lovely and friendly people in slovenia, and staff just spoke to us like we were dirt. For the price you have to pay I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel is a bit old and it shows. Only 2 outlets in the room, the room was dated as was the bathroom, but overall was clean, the breakfast selection was great , many many options from sweet and sour and also for kids. They even provided robes and slippers. And I also appreciated the free access to the pool. Also the staff was helpful and friendly.

The hotel is probably 50-60 years old and it shows. No a/c, only 2 outlets in the room, the room was small and dated as was the bathroom. But the room was clean, the bed was good, breakfast selection was good too. They even provided robes and slippers. And we had some expiring Wyndham points to use. So it was ok for one night. Last year we stayed at Miklic and that was excellent.
