Just back from 3 nights at Hotel Unicus Palace - an amazing experience from start to finish. Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, going above and beyond for guests. Always plenty staff at the front desk & spa reception. They made our stay so easy! The rooms are beautiful, cleaned daily & to a high standard. Location of the hotel is ideal, only a minutes walk to the main square. Loads of shops & places to ear near by. The spa is amazing - hot tub & pool always very clean and so relaxing. My partner proposed to me whilst we were staying at the hotel - the trip was incredible and the hotel will always be special to me for this reason. Thank you for a great stay.

The hotel is on the edge of the Old Palace Square and has easy access to various tourist attractions. There is underground parking. It is 8 minutes walk to the square, and it is a good choice to go around in the morning and evening.

A pleasant spa zone, a large swimming pool with attractions, e.g. counter-current, waterfall. There is a jacuzzi for several people. Unfortunately only 6 sunbeds and a sauna with a glass door in view. Delicious breakfast, a large selection of dishes from the a la carte and in the buffet (there is even sushi). It's worth coming for the breakfast alone. The air conditioning in the room resets to 22 degrees every time you leave, it's a bit too cold.

Great week vacation. Visited Krakow for a week vacation with another family. Beautiful hotel amazing views from the rooms. Rooms very clean with very nice design. Book a river view room with club lounge access. Great lounge with amazing afternoon beverage and snacks offering. The breakfast is the best ever had. Big variety and great service staff. The location Is the best in the city close to wawel castle and only some minutes walk from the main marker square. Krakow is beautiful city. Authentic buildings and many restaurants and cafes . Very friendly city for bike and walks.

Hotel service was good, clean and tidy. The location is excellent, the surrounding attractions are close, and eating is also very convenient. If you need Chinese food, there is not close, but you can eat sushi. Next to it is the park and the old town. Uber is cheaper when going to the airport. It is about 40 Polish rupees during busy and free time.

The location is very good, next to the central square, and most of the famous attractions are concentrated in the old town, so it is very convenient. The breakfast at the hotel was great, although the choice was not too much, but the quality was high. The only thing that is criticized is that the room is a little dim, but the front desk staff is very good. I will choose this store next time in Krakow.

I stayed here 6 years ago and returned with 5 friends as it is so well located and we were so well looked after by the staff previously. This hotel is 80 metres from the main square, local Polish restaurants in the same street were delicious and such fantastic value if it’s too chilly at markets to eat outside. The hotel is older in style, we loved its grandeur. It is immaculately clean with a wide choice of food for breakfast. What has made this hotel so fantastic is the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. They arranged taxis, luggage, always checking we had all we needed. We celebrated one lady’s birthday requesting from the restaurant manager a reserved table for 6 of us at a busy breakfast time. She truly surpassed expectations. We arrived to a beautifully decorated table, they played happy birthday and our friend was thrilled. Andreja one of the doormen is a sweetheart. He gave us a tour of the old ballroom, lighting up the gorgeous glass ceiling for us to see, did lots of photos by the Christmas tree of us all and treated us like royalty, helping with bags, getting coats on. I had a wonderful experience. The interior is sighingly beautiful, and the staff speak beautiful English and warmly face you. The location is perfect in the old town and the great restaurants are also available in the series. It was a hotel that felt more value than the price.

I have not had the pleasure to stay in a room at the Bonerowski Palace; HOWEVER, the Restaurant is AMAZING! Alesk, a restaurant greeter (who speaks VERY good English) introduced me to their menu. That night I was looking for a steak. I took the recommendation from Alesk on which cut of meat and the waiters' recommendation on which Merlot Wine would go nicely with the steak. BOTH ALESK and the waiter were SPOT ON! I have been traveling Poland for a month and had steaks at other hotels; but this steak, WAS AMAZING! IT WAS THE BEST STEAK I HAVE HAD SINCE BEENING IN POLAND! The Steak was cooked perfectly! Compliments to the chef(s)! I would categorize this steak as FORK TENDER! From the Service to the presentation to the first bite, it was heavenly! The wine paired perfectly. Both these men presented themselves professionally, with a very strong understanding of the menu, selections of wines, and how to serve their guests. I was so impressed with the food and the service, I had dinner there the following night. Again, I was greeted by Alesk. I was so impressed with my dining experience that previous night, I simply asked Alesk to order me a fish dinner (whatever he recommended) and a glass of wine. He sat me at a table and I was greeted by the server who confirmed my order. I was set for another night of remarkable food and service. If you are in Krakow (Cracow) and miss the dining experience with Alesk and the staff at the Bonerowski Palace, you have missed the best part of Krakow!
