I wish I'd read more reviews on other platforms as what I experienced was common and longstanding. It looked good on paper and was affordable. The first room 107 was at the back with a blocked view and air con that didn't work. After 5 hours a/c at 18 but still at 27 in the room I felt like I was suffocating and got moved (3am). Second room 403 great view but curtains cream. Lit up all night. Then light with dawn. And trams outside along with church bells mean you have to be a great sleeper (I had an eye mask and earplugs but to no avail). All rooms have 2 single beds together and 2 single duvets which I personallydont like. It's definitely not 4*. The location was decent but a schlepp to the old town. Good tram connections.

Nice service, clean, warm winter in the rooms. Soft mattress, but it's a matter of taste, in the rooms there is air conditioning and TV with cable TV channels so you can see more than just ground TV.The environment is building building so nothing interesting, but close to trams, buses. Near the Frog store, near the Babylonka, gas station, if someone needs to buy something I quickly. Breakfast is also ok, it is the hotel 3-gwiazkowy so there is nothing to expect much, but the Swedish buffet was, food was added, coffee, tea, drinks available. As for one night, the price is attractive.

Hotel ok, clean, nice but the pool area is really small, 1 jacuzzi a bit weak. As for the breakfasts, tasty, but the praise of the number of dishes is a bit exaggerated, I've been to more than one hotel where the choice was much more interesting. But the drinks are really great 😉

Very nice and modern hotel. Breakfast very rich and tasty. Tram stop directly at the hotel and about 3 stops is the center. Parking is in the underground garage for 50 zlotys. Outdoor parking is free from 10:00 to 20:00 on weekends

기차역과 약간 거리가 있지만 근처에 트램역이 있어서 시내 관광에는 무리가 없었어요. 1층 레스토랑에서 식기와 얼음을 받을 수 있었고 직원들은 친절했어요.
욕실이 넓어서 좋았고 방에 창문이 없었던 것이 가장 아쉬웠어요~ 아, TV가 인터넷TV여서 유튜브를 이용할 수 있어서 정말 좋았어요!

一般的なホテルの広い敷地内にあるホステルで、チェックインなどはすべてホテル側でします。徒歩1分くらいです。ホステルはとても清潔でベッドもしっかりとした快適なベッドでした。
シャワールームやトイレも清潔です。グランドフロアが個室タイプ、2階がドミトリーのようです。私が滞在した時はゲストがかなり少なく大変静かで快適に過ごすことができました。
初日はグランドフロアに3組ほどのゲストがいたので廊下での声や足音が聞こえてきたり、トイレの使い方が悪かったのか不潔でした。2日目3日目はグランドフロアが貸切状態だったので静かでトイレも清潔でした。
困ったのはヘアドライヤーがなかったことです。シャワールームにも部屋にもなく貸し出しもしていないため、シャワー後は自然乾燥必須です。長い髪の毛の人は風邪を引かないように気を付けてください。
建物は入るとすぐに暖かく、部屋もとても綺麗で暖かかったです。半袖で過ごすことができます。リネン交換は依頼すればしてくれます。私は一式もらっておいて好きなタイミングで自分で交換しました。
ホテル側に行けばティーサービスがありましたが、なぜか3日目になくなっていました。レセプションでお湯をもらいました。レセプションスタッフさんはとても親切です。
公共交通機関から遠い、とありましたがクラクフ中央駅（Kraków Glowny）から125番のバスに乗るとほぼホテルの目の前に到着してかなり便利です。トラムよりも125のバスが近くて便利です。トラムでもバスでも料金はPLN4です。
またクラクフに滞在するならここに泊まります。とても良かったです。

The hotel is located in the suburbs, but it is also very convenient to take the tram to the old town. It is also convenient to go to the station. The hotel is safe, comfortable, clean and quiet, and the staff is very good. The breakfast was very good. Stayed for two days and continued for another day, feeling like a recommended hotel.
