The front door is hard to find, and there's no reception at night shift for Monday-Thursday, It's normally the security to help with check in/out process. I really like the room, they even have a gym and laundry room for use. The only problem for me is they do not provide a hairdryer in the room, and this is not stated in the booking details. You could only go and rent it for free every day in front of the security room, BUT they ONLY have 1 TO SHARE with the whole residents, when someone is not returning, you cannot use it. However, one nice guy from the reception helped me to chase the hairdryer back for 1 night.

Breakfast with various choice and different kinds of foods, good environment but nil restaurant, supermarket nears the hotel. One things strange is that they only provide complimentary on the first days no matter how long you stay Overall you get what you pay.

Doubletree, Krakow is excellent. The Polish staff are professional and efficient. It's a tram away from the Old Town (reviewers complaining of the distance are either ignorant, lazy, or entitled). You can actually take a tram from two stops, which can get you pretty much to the major tourist areas such as Wawel Castle or even Podgorze where the Krakus Mound is located. Hilton includes a sauna, a 24-hour gym, and a really good breakfast with smoothies, desserts, and local Polish bread and honey. They surprisingly even served champagne one morning. Rooms are above standard and the hotel feels very new. During lean months (up to March), rooms are affordable but during conference months and high tourist season, Doubletree can get packed - with good reason. As expected, you get the Hilton chocolate chip cookie at check-in.

酒店在火車站附近，走過去大概十分鐘，距離老城區走路要十五分鐘，或者酒店門口有有軌或者巴士，上車刷卡買票，特別方便。 酒店設施很新，早餐也不錯，就是不會每天都換樣式，多少有些敷衍的意思。接待人員都很年輕，態度極其，氣氛很輕鬆愉悦。如果房間不必要打掃，酒店會相應贈送小小的甜品，方式很是可愛。酒店樓梯間會有自動飲水機，環保而且人性化。健身房SPA一樓大廳有桌球和遊戲機，都不錯。

Five star rating 😊 The room was cleaned and tidy, and had a modern decoration. The staff are all accommodating and very helpful in providing you information about the City (krakow). Most of the stuff are very friendly and I almost felt I was home the way I was accommodated and treated. Overall, I highly recommend the place. Superb experience😊👍🏻🫶🏻

Comfortable and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Variety of breakfast. Multi choices of restaurants at hotel. Walkable to the tram station. Grocery store nearby hotel too.

Location is ok next to the tram stop and staff were helpful helping us books trips however they did not call our room when we ordered food delivery. Also lack of hotel bar and restaurant is not good because there is nothing else around the hotel

Buffet breakfast is not bad, the room is very clean, shopping is very convenient, the receptionist is very good, very beautiful, the room is soundproof, can hear the loud voice in the next room, but the price is not bad

Great location, amenities, communication and an amazing apartment. If you are looking to spend some days in the city, this is a great option.

It was too good. This quality at that price. There is a washing machine and it is great for travelers. Good access to the station, tram and bus. Cleaning is also perfect. Fashionable. There was salt and pepper as seasoning! Enough plates, cups and cooking utensils! However, I couldn't use it because the inside of the Tiffal water heater was moldy. I want to stay again!
