A little out of the old town center but only 5-10 mins. The Room was a very good size and looks quite new. The staff were really helpful. The room rquite a few little bits and pieces available butwas across the street from a convenice store. I really enjoyed my stay there

Excellent location. The room size is larger, clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend to book this hotel when travel to Krakow.

The room and the facilities were just perfect. Very shining and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was like new. Looks exactly the same as in the pictures. The staff was very polite and helpful. Very close to everything you need.

After a horrible experience with another hotel, we booked this hotel last minute. The staff was incredibly nice and informed us about the possibility for early check in. They also let us know by text. The hotelroom was very clean. The location is perfect. Because of the inside garden, the hotel was very quit. I would recommend staying here.

Very nice, cozy hotel with its own underground parking, in the city center. The girl at the reception is very professional, friendly, allowed to leave the car in the parking lot after check-in while we were walking around the city! Thank you, we will definitely come back to you

Stayed in the family room with 4 adults . There is a bedroom separate from the main room with a double bed and the main room has 2 x single beds. Room was spacious and very clean . Housekeeping daily with clean towels supplied and rituals shower gel , shampoo and conditioner . Hotel is in a great location near the old town square and park and also has a couple of cafes and a Vietnamese restaurant called Bonjour Pho which was absolutely fabulous. There is nothing I could fault about the hotel or location. Would stay again if returning

Perfect hotel, perfect location, friendly staff. Starbucks, supermarket and restaurants all right outside the hotel on the same street. Everything you need is within walking distance. Don't waste your time looking for other hotels in the center of Krakow, this one is a safe bet.

Very clean and tidy Hotel. Room was very spacious. Superb location as only five minutes walk to the square. Staff were helpful and polite. Plenty of restaurants and bars in surrrounding area. Itvwas also reasonably priced. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice apartment, modernly furnished and we had a really nice time. Beautiful and very functional bathroom. Sufficiently equipped kitchen, although a coffee machine would be a really great addition. A large and comfortable terrace, unfortunately we spent too little time in the facility to use it. Very comfortable beds.

What a gem this hotel! Great location, while at walking distance from the main square, in a quieter street, there are cafes, bakeries and little supermarkets, so perfect for breakfast. The walk to the main square is actually very pleasant, as you cross through a little park. The room we got (#31) was effectively two bedrooms (1 double bed each) connected by the corridor and common bathroom, so super convenient and perfect for a family or 4 people. Decor is modern, everything is new and working, the bathroom very stylish and overall super clean (as all of Krakow btw). So would definitely return here when in Krakow and would recommend to anyone who is going. Just to note though the reception is only small so there is no lobby to hang around when checking out, nor a lobby toilet, but you can leave your suitcases and it was not a big deal for us as there is a Starbucks just next door and another 2 coffee places. The reception staff was polite and helpful.
