Terrible place. Couldn't provide hot water, nightmare over parking, and very rude receptionist. We ended up leaving the room just 2 hours into our stay.. the woman from reception (who was extremely rude) wouldn't accommodate us after explaining our issue which we werent nasty about, just asked if we could change room, for HER to say no but instead offer us a FULL REFUND which we agreed to, yet when it came to sorting that the company are ignoring us and refusing the refund.. which they offered. Whilst also being left to find somewhere else to stay at 9pm, we only arrived just after 6:30.. didn't even unpack. Horrible customer service, and even worse ... keeping our money after we did NOT stay there AND after being the ones to offer the refund! Disgusting! I can guarantee we need our money more than this company does.. And the decor... ew.. needs updating. Only decent thing about the place is that it is central.. Will be making sure all our friends and family avoid this place. Thanks for spoiling our krakow experience 👍

No hot water, rude receptionist. Said there would be card for parking and there wasn’t one. We asked to move rooms as no hot water and we got told no, they’d give us a full refund if we went elsewhere and now they won’t refund us.
