Fabulous clean hotel in the heart of krakow , easy to get to all the main attractions

Great location. Great facilities - especially the spa. Great breakfast. Customer service, not that impressive.

Top. The room is very spacious, the breakfast is fantastic and it's in the center city.

You can walk from the station within 10 minutes. Located in the heart of the old town, it is ideal for exploring Krakow. The front desk is friendly and the staff at the breakfast service are also very good. * You can order dishes, pancakes, waffles, etc., and you can have them freshly made. The cheesecake is also very delicious, and I'm happy that I can drink cava in the morning. You can make your own cappuccino with the machine, but please order and enjoy the technology! This hotel is highly recommended.

Hotel, geographical location, personal…..excellent

We stayed in deluxe suite room 302. , slightly expensive night at over £220 but no views from the room, really disappointing for the cost of the room …suite was huge , great size for me wife and my son and I, Minibar crazy expensive £13 for a vodka. Common really !!! , breakfast was outstanding. So close to being superb.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Old Town Krakow. Walking distance to all attractions in beautiful old Krakow. The hotel is very nice, high class. Rooms comfortable, clean. Delicious breakfast. Wonderful staff ready to help with any issue. Highly recommended !!!!

The hotel and rooms are beautiful, located in the middle of shops, restaurants, bars, and walkable to many attractions. The reception staff is young and their English is adequate unless you have an issue, then they struggle with explanations or directions. We booked a spa package for 2 at the upstairs reception because there was no one at the spa reception, and when we arrived there was only one massage room. They could only do one person but we were never told that by them when they earlier had to rebook our reservation. Very disappointing to excitedly get into our robes and go down to the spa only to find we had to go back to our room and dress for something else to do. The tv (very important to Americans) had about 5 channels and none were in English, no movies to relax to. No VIP access as promised by *******, weren’t offered champagne reception or anything else. If it were run by more seasoned staff it may have been a better experience.

Great location for seeing Krakow. Everything in walking distance. The spa is amazing ! Rooms are clean and spacious. The only downside is the noise that comes from the bar/club opposite until early hours of the morning. TV in room could do with more English channels only had Euro News and no connection for Netflix etc overall a great hotel and would defo recommend

The hotel is very beautiful with possibly the most comfy bed I’ve ever slept in whilst being away on holiday. Really good location and nothing was too much for the staff, super helpful and super friendly! Will definitely return 😁

Lovely clean hotel. Great pool and spa. All the staff are very friendly . Great location near to the main square Our room was overlooking the street so was a little noisy until the early hours.
