Fantastic 4 star Hotel. There was nothing I could fault. The staff are welcoming with a friendly smile and always helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, straight over the road from the train station and mall. Makes getting to and from the airport effortless. If we ever come back to Kraków we will rebook this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this property
We got upgraded to Junior Suite and really enjoyed the space
I was quite weary of Mercure after bad experience with them in Singapore, but this property has redeemed the brand !!!

The hotel is located right in front of the Krakow train station!! In spite of my early arrival they managed to make a room for me. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. There’s a bar and restaurant in the hotel. I wished to try that if I had more time. It’s a shame I couldn’t have breakfast because my tour schedule has changed. Fully recommend if you’re visiting Krakow!

Hotel is in easy reach to the main square , it is so clean it’s amazing . The rooms are spotless & amenities are good. The staff are very pleasant.
The hotel is opposite the shopping mall which if you like shopping your in a good place .
The train station , bus stop & trams are outside the mall.
If you book trips the stop is outside the hotel which is a bonus if your getting up early .
The beds are comfy room has a Wi-Fi charge point next to bed. All shower amenities etc provided, dressing gowns & slippers.
Breakfast is nice 👍
Lovely hotel would definitely recommend & stay again
