I stayed solo at this property for over an extended period of time and wasn't happy with the experience for the following reasons: - The property listing shows the exterior of a different building then where you actually stay. This is highly misleading because the property is behind the building that is pictured on the listing. The photo used in the property listing leads you to believe you are staying in a historic Krakowian building where in reality you are not. - The rooms do not have safes despite the property listing saying they do. This is highly problematic because you have to take your valuables with you every time you leave your room. - The single room I stayed in had a nasty stench from the toilet that permeated the entire room. I had to buy a candle to try to mask the odor with very little success. It didn't matter what time of day, the odor was constant and was very unpleasant. - In the kitchenette, the stovetop didn't work and it took over a week to resolve the issue which resulted in me having to move to a new room (re-packing and unpacking everything myself without any other type of recourse). The listing also said the room contains cleaning supplies where in reality there were none supplied. - There is no concierge on site so tourists who want to speak with a hotel representative have to message them and await a response, which to their defense was pretty quick but not always. On the positive side, the two cleaning ladies who work there are very accommodating and customer service oriented. Overall, I would not recommend this property for the reasons listed above.

Apon arrival to the apartments, everything seemed to start very well. However…. We arrived late on Monday evening so did not have a chance to check the whole room and just wanted to get out for dinner. When wanting to have a shower the following morning we discovered not only was the shower head broken, the shower door was hanging off its hinges which in turn caused the bathroom to flood. We also found the two of the towels in the room were ripped and had wholes in them and looked more like rags than towels!! We then sent a WhatsApp message to the host after trying to call on numerous occasions. She offered us a new room two doors down. This room was no better!! The curtain didn’t fit the window as there was only half a curtain up, no bedside tables and 3/4 lights didn’t work in the room, if this all wasn’t bad enough there was an awful odour of faeces and sewage coming from the bathroom. We messaged the host again as this was unacceptable. She offered us another room. Although everything worked nearly as it should the final room still was not up to scratch with more stench of sewage and lights not working. It was alot of upheaval for myself and my pregnant partner to have to move to different room all with the same issues! Although the location is fantastic and only a 12 minute walk to the main square we would absolutely not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone to stay here unless there are to be vast improvements made!!

When we arrived at 1430 we couldn’t check in until 1500. Wouldn’t of been a problem other than the fact they have a code on the doors nowhere to stand inside (so had to wait in the cold for half an hour). Girl in reception was polite, when we got up to the room the smell was absolutely horrendous coming from the bathroom. Pillows were flat and very old. When we were checking out at 1100 (lift to the airport wasn’t until 1500) we tried to call the number to see if there was anywhere we could leave our suitcase while we nipped out to get lunch. Two people we spoke to hung up very rudely without even trying to hear what we were trying to say. Loved Krakow but I would not be back to this hotel.

First of all, we booked the suite which did not look like the photos at all! The room was spacious but there was no sink in the kitchen area and the toilet brush was very dirty, While the area is very quiet, the problem is that the hotel leaves the lights on the WHOLE NIGHT! One can barely sleep, supposedly this is a security measure, I do not think that the construction of these rooms combined with the safety policy makes sense of all. We would NOT RECOMMEND going there!!

My friend booked this 'aporthotel' for our 5 day trip in May. She booked what was described as a 'deluxe suite' with two bedrooms, a dining area and a kitchenette. We arrived very late on the Thursday evening and got into our room which was one large room that had a desk with a tea and coffee station on it (described as the kitchenette), a dining table in the middle of the room, a sofa bed one end and a double bed the other end, with one bathroom to share for the 4 of us staying. The sofa bed only had one single duvet so my friend and her partner had to share bedding only adequate for one person for two nights as we were told staff were unable to access the linen cupboard - for two days? They brought us breakfast to our door each morning. This was disappointing as it was essentially a continental breakfast in a bag. It was all cold and we weren't given any crockery or cutlery so we had nothing to eat with and had to use the spoons from the tea & coffee station to eat out food and spread the spreads they provided! This meant there was crumbs all over our table & floor as we had no plates. Leading on from this, we didn't once get any housekeeping. We were told we had to request this so we requested it on our second day and didn't receive it. We then had to request it AGAIN on our third day and stated that our towels were wet and dirty and our bins were overfilling. They then came that day and gave us fresh towels and emptied the bins. But this was all we received and they did not clean at all or give us fresh bedding. Finally, the door to our room was in the lobby of the apartments and it didn't have a curtain, just a blurred sticker on the door. So every time someone entered the lobby the lobby light would automatically switch on and would shine into our room during all hours of the night! The only good thing about the room was the air-con as it was 20 degrees and above when we stayed. The location is also good. I would recommend contacting the hotel if you are arriving late as we met a couple outside of the apartments one evening who hadn't been in touch with them and had no idea how to access the building or their room! I would highly recommend Krakow itself, besides the hotel, we had an amazing time in the city & I would definitely go again but would stay elsewhere!
