Was told that there was a functioning lift as we had 4 large luggages, but upon reaching our room was allocated to one without a lift and the staff didn’t help us with the luggage through flights of stairs. Although it’s in a pretty good location, the service wasn’t one of a 4 stars.

The biggest complaint is that there are no toiletries provided except liquid soap, no slippers, and the drinking water is ordinary tap water. I am not sure whether other superior room types can be replenished with more. The location is far from the old city, but next to it is the circular food court of the Jewish community.

Excellent location, right in the square of the Jewish Quarter. The rooms are comfortable, but the beds sag and are in desperate need of renovation. The rest of the facilities and cleanliness are adequate.
What I don't recommend for quality and price is the hotel restaurant. It's three times more expensive than any other restaurant in the city, very slow, and offers poor service and quality.
