This is rated as 5 stars for friendliness, safe access, room comfort and location. It is a little worn for some, but I cannot fault my stay 😃 You checkin at a very welcoming bar just 10m past the entrance on the corner (it has signs). The reception/bar has excellent vibe, drinks, coffee and yes hamburgers! Highly recommend a meal/chat here. It also had the ice hockey on. Menu in English and Polish. Accommodation has steps and an electronic key for entry. The room was warm, clean and complimentary coffee. You can cook… but why? You can also store luggage on leaving, but you must contact reception about this. Trams outside door, 15min walk to square, 25min walk to Schindler’s factory. A great place to get around Krakow, lots to eat close by or a Zabka shop within 30m for a range if goods.

Reception staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the area, rooms were big enough for the 2 of us and everything you need and very clean, small kitchen and seating area, beds very comfortable, bar downstairs with local beers they also do hot food. 10 minute walk into old town and main square. All round great location for a city break.

The apartment was not what we expected after seeing all the wonderful pictures and videos. Room was filthy and marks all over the smalls. Water on the bathroom floor. Marks on the work surfaces. Bedding was not overly clean. So disappointed. We booked this trip for our 1st wedding anniversary and checked all reviews and pictures of the apartments and we can definitely say we won't be staying again. Unfortunately the room we was put in wasn't at all acceptable. So upset. Unfortunately i didn't take any pictures due to being that upset i didn't want to even show anyone where we had stayed. Hopefully if you do or have booked theses apartments you get a nicer one than we did.

Just come back from a 3 night stay in Kraków and stayed at the Happy Tower. The hotel is in an ideal location close to everything. The rooms are basic but clean and very comfortable. The bar where you check in is very good, staff are very friendly especially Peter. Would definitely stay there again

Hotel is centrally located with excellent transportation nearby, there is a variety of shops, bars and places to eat fairly close. Check in was easy and we were even given a shot of homemade lemon vodka on arrival. The room themselves were very spacious and tidy. Unfortunately, 1 of our rooms had a very strong smell of cigarettes in the bathroom and the air con wouldn't work in the other room which wasn't ideal as it was so hot. The front of the hotel is situated on a very busy main road which has cars/motorbikes and trams 24/7, if you are a light sleeper I would recommend asking if a room away from the road is available. The biggest let down of the hotel was the beds...they were so hard and only 1 thin pillow was provided, luckily it was too warm to sleep with a duvet on so we rolled those up to use as pillows and to provide a bit more padding on the bed but they were still incredibly uncomfortable. Breakfast was nice, there was always a good variety of polish bread, cheeses and meats as well as cereal and fruit, the scrambled eggs were lovely and the ladies that cooked the breakfast were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, we wouldn't choose to stay at Happy Tower again because of how uncomfortable the beds are.

The Apartments were very basic. The beds were ok but small and only one flat pillow. We were there 3 nights and no housekeeping. Breakfast was ok, but was disappointed as first morning we had lovely ham and cheese toasties but not the rest of the time. I enquired she said 5 mins but never fetched any out. The rooms were clean and location good.

Good location, lovely friendly staff. Only downpoint was the bed, it was so low, felt like we were sleeping on the floor. The reception is in the Poli bar downstairs, great variety of craft beers at a good price, you get a 15% discount on the drinks, if staing at the Happy Tower.

Check in at bar a few doors down, k was underwhelmed when I first opened the door but it was actually very clean and the bed was grand! Apartment was quite, next door gave out to us for making noise but we just arrived back from being out for the day ,but he was just a grumpy man! The pillows are very flat and u only get one each, the bed was two single beds pushed together. The room had a fridge,kettle,hairdryer and 2 hangers. They gave us a hand towel and one large towel and one small towel each. Not enough but I wasn't paying more for another towel. It was our 1st time in Poland and the apartments are only a 12 minute walk from the Jewish quarter, felt very safe walking to and from the main town, even at 11 30pm! There are also trams just outside that were fantastic and cheap to use! The shower in the room was lovely! I would definitely stay there again! 4 stars! Lose 1 star for lack of towels and the flat pillows.
