I do not recommend this apartment. We ordered a sweet breakfast, but they served the wrong one. When I tried to contact them, they didn’t respond. To make matters worse, when we requested a refund, they rejected it, stating that it’s ‘normal to make mistakes.’ This is completely unacceptable and reflects very poor customer service. Avoid staying here if you want a stress-free experience.

Good location, nice clean room. Need password to get the key from box.

Dirty bathroom with mold,floor was not hoovered and not mopped,kitchen dirty and dishes wasn’t clean, TV and pilot didn’t work.everything wasn’t dusted,door creeking.photo on booking don’t similar,curtain dirty and with holes from cigarettes,not recommend

Easy instructions to pick up and drop the keys. The breakfast was good. Good location, walking distance from town. The smell on entering building was awful. The stairs in the room are very slippery, I fell down the stairs, I'm lucky I didn't break my neck. The TV channels are all in polish, doesn't cater for people languages. There is NO bed, there is a mattress on the floor.

Don’t be fooled by the nice photos online…this place could be amazing if they made the effort but unfortunately they don’t. Check in was bizarre, didn’t ask to see passports, didn’t need to sign anything, didn’t tell us check out time etc just showed us up to the room. Whilst being shown to our room 5C I noticed a large plastic box of cleaning products, an iron and ironing board and thought they must have just finished cleaning the room; but no these remained in the hallway all night. Bit of a health hazard if children get ahold of the bleach which is just sitting there in the hallway. Room was nice to look at; but the finer details were totally lacking. Bathroom filthy, dirtest I’ve stayed in, helped myself to the bleach in the hallway and cleaned it myself. Shower tray overflowed and leaked into the bathroom floor so we had to use one of our two towels to dry the floor; no bath mat etc. Marks literally ALL OVER the walls, nothing a lick of paint couldn’t fix. Bed was a mattress on the floor…with one pillow each. No curtains so don’t expect a lie in. And the electric box ticked all night like a clock which can’t be a good sign😂. Wi-Fi connection was good and the interior is nice, but it could be a million times better if they just made the effort and actually cleaned it. Wouldn’t return nor recommend.

Fantastic location only a few minutes walk into the square. We stayed in the maisonette apartment and it was a good size. I find having the kitchen facilities very useful on city breaks. The check in and check out process was simple and the instructions were clear. Only criticism would be there wasn’t cleaning equipment, such as a broom or hoover. We visited during winter when there was a lot of snow and found the wooden floor in the apartment kept getting covered in grit and had no way of brushing the floor. Also a full length mirror would have been a nice addition to the apartment.
