Excellent location of the hotel, within walking distance of all the sights. Close to the train station and the Krakow Gallery. The room is not big, but clean. The only thing is that the refrigerator did not work. The wifi worked fine.

Worst hotel ever,in a rundown graffiti covered area in krakov. It was filthy,rundown run by young people,nice enough but clueless.i could go on and on shame on Jet 2 .This was never checked by them I've got pics to prove this. Will post them he

The hotel is not as advertised and is unsafe to stay in. The ceiling was falling down and electrics were unsafe. The sink leaked, it was dirty throughout and it has not prosper reception. Worst hotel I have ever stepped inside. The front of the hotel is covered in graffiti and next to an abandoned building!

Do not be put off when you first arrive! The Aparthotel is all you need when visiting the city on a short break. It’s spotless the staff cannot be more obliging nothing is too much trouble. They booked our trips (which arrived on time) . I would mention however that they are currently refurbishing and there may be some noise during the day but this did not affect us,

Me and my partner stayed here in June 2024, we booked with easy jet were the photos of the hotel were immaculate and spacious. This was far from the truth we arrived at the hotel early so had to leave our bag till the time we could check in, they didn’t put our suitcases in a secure location they left them out in the hall were other people staying there had access to. Once we were able to check in we got our room key, went up the stairs were there was stains and dirt all over the carpets all the way up and has left bin bags and dirty laundry bags on one of the landings this is completely unsanitary. The room was very disappointing to say the least, there was dirt and dead flies on the curtains, holes in the shower walls, no handle on the shower door, exposed wires in the bathroom, damages on all the furniture and the room it’s self was extremely small. We would advise anyone not to stay here as it was unsafe and unsanitary. When we let the reception know that we had not been staying here and wanted to check out early as we had to pay more money to stay in another hotel they never enquired to why we had not been staying there which I find quite unprofessional.

The positives are that the hotel was always warm and it wasn't too far to walk to the main attractions. The staff on reception were pleasant. The hotel is located down a side street, surrounded by derelict buildings, with very suspicious looking guys hanging around. For this reason, I would not recommend it to any solo travellers - especially female. I don't think this hotel owns a hoover, the whole place needs a deep clean and lick of paint. The staircases were grim, with dirty steps and scruffy bits of net hanging at the window which was tied in a knot. I was dreading seeing my room, to be honest. The room wasn't as bad as I thought it would be and, as I said, it was warm. There is no lift and they don't do any room cleaning unless you ask for it - that didn't surprise me though. There are far nicer, safer, places to stay. I was only there for a few nights, which was more than enough.

Hotel is NOT clean. I had to ask to be moved to a different room because the toilet was dirty. No lift so you have to bring all your luggage up 6 flights of stairs (I was on the third floor). The location is beside a rundown building so environment is not good and creepy to walk at night. You can hear the other guests even inside your room. It’s dark and creepy. Not sure how this got 3 stars at all but please avoid this hotel.
