Aparthotel Grodzka 21

I didn’t expect a cozy single bedroom with elegant decorations and homely decor. But this is exactly what I got! My room was located on the top floor of the building and had a cute little window that opened to the Grodzka Street; I could hear horse carriages and pedestrians outside. There was some noise coming from there but the room has a set of earplugs ready to be used (I discovered them by accident and didn’t use them, because I brought my own). The bathroom wasn’t spacey but it was big enough and a hot shower was a welcome evening addition to the stay. The room service needs to be booked on demand and I didn’t use it at all. It felt like living in a dreamy fairytale room in the attic.

Beautiful little single room on the 3rd floor. Had everything I needed, and air-conditioning and fridge were a huge plus. Check-in was easy at Santi Hotel round the corner, and the lovely staff's English was a million times better than my Polish! Reception is also manned 24/7 (unlike mentioned on some booking sites). I'd emailed a few days in advance as I knew I'd arrive after 10pm but was reassured quickly that I wouldn't be sleeping on a street! Breakfast at the hotel was a good starter to the day but I'm not much of a breakfast eater and felt a bit poorly the one day I did try it so didn't really get the full benefit. Looked like a good buffet selection and a small select menu. Could hear the clip-clopping of the horses down the street at night and the very loud rumble of trams, but I'm used to noise at night where I live so easily zoned out. I did spot earplugs in the room for those that might need. Ample plug sockets in the room for the usual charger needs. Towels, soap and loo roll provided so this saves when packing light too. The only downside was the lack of lift, but I knew this when I booked and only had a single rucksack to carry - what I underestimated was how much walking I'd be doing during my 4 day stay (52km!) and by day 2 I was grateful for the chairs inbetween flights of stairs 😂 Overall, it is a lovely central place to stay if you don't mind a little bit of noise at night and can cope with stairs after a long day walking around.

Brilliant location, and a good apartment on 5th floor 5.2. A bit noisy at night but vibrant part of Krakow. Comfy bed, good shower and check in and out at Santi hotel round the corner as is breakfast which is good. I would definitely recommend. Booked as easyJet package. Everywhere is walkable from the apartment even Schindler factory

Very nice and simple apartment. Stayed in a single room with bed, table, closet and small bathroom with a shower. Airconditioning was a huge plus. Location is the best with this place. Very close to the marketplace. Tramstop right next to. Only negative comes also with the location. Quite noisy location. But earplugs were provided in case needed. So all in all, I enjoyed my stay. And the city is just beautiful.

We stayed here in April the apartments are basic but very clean and have a large bathroom kettle tea and coffee supplied there is also a safe we had a little balcony there is no lifts so it’s stairs all the way very close to as the restaurant and shop the square is a 2 minute walk the breakfast was at the sister hotel 2 minutes walk away the food was very good with big portions you pick your keys up from here all the staff we encountered were lovely and friendly

Stayed in the twin room with my daughter for a short city break. First off the location is superb, right in the centre a very short walk to all the key tourist locations, loads of restaurants and cafés. Room was not huge but equally not cramped with a little balcony - though nothing to see - and a very decent bathroom. During our stay the room was quiet with no outside noises to disturb. Beds were singles but fine. Note the building is not manned, check in around the corner at Hotel Sainti for the key code entry number and room key. Booked through EasyJet Holidays and felt the room was excellent value for standard and location. Recommended.

Extremely noisy room on the street. I asked to be moved after one night with no success, and the person i spoke to asked me for 15 minutes to see if it was possible, then i had to call him back after 40 minutes to ask again. The room itself was very good, with no complaints at all, however after four nights of trams running loudly within 50 metres of the window finishing at 11pm and starting at 4am, as well as drunken people from the karaoke bar just across the street, i was shattered.

Absolutely fantastic location I doubt there’s many better places to be based in Krakow on the edge of the old town two minutes walk from the square 20 minutes walk into the Jewish Quarter. The rooms are sound, they are authentic so if you want a modern feel this isn’t for you but it really had a good Polish feel. Bed was very comfortable only 1 pillow each and my personal preference is two but not a big issue. Shower was good, fridge, tea and coffee facilities. Hairdryer in bathroom. Nice sofa as well as a table and chairs. Key collection is two minute walk around the corner to Hotel Santi. Check out is 10.30 but you can leave your cases at Hotel Santi so you can get those last minute visits(or vodkas) in!

We stayed here for a four night stay, the room was spacious, clean and warm The shower room was warm, with plenty of hot water .The bed was comfy The location was brilliant close to the main square, Jewish Quarter. There were plenty of places close by for breakfast As a note when booking in you need to go to the Santi Hotel, round the corner 👍
