Perfect for our needs. So nice to relax in an apartment setting vs hotel setting. Comfortable beds. Our linens and towels were not changed the 4 days we were there. Not sure if that just was their policy. Great location. Close to the main square and train station. Just be aware that you do have to climb 59 winding stairs with your luggage. Stairs are pretty steep and would not be good for anyone with mobility issues.

My teen daughter and I stayed at Orlowska Townhouse on the Monday and Tuesday after Easter. It was a very pleasant stay. They reached out to me by phone and text to accommodate my late check-in on the holiday. The Poet's Apartment where we stayed was spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen and bathroom were nice and seemed to be recently updated. The bed was comfortable. The location in the old town of Krakow was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to attractions.

A lovely large apartment with an amazing ceiling, some beautiful old furniture and balcony. Plenty of towels, toiletries and some exquisite teasets and crockery to use. Cooking facilities & utensils along with some condiments and a fridge freezer. Very clean and in a great location only a few minutes from the main square. Would definitely recommend. Since I suspected the April weather in Cracow would be bad, I decided to book myself into a place where I would be comfortable if it turned out to be raining or even snowing. As it turnes out, Orlowska was the place to be. During my 10 days in Cracow, I felt at home, somtimes making my own food for dinner. The bed is supercomfortable, and the room tastefully furnished. My host Barbara made sure I had everything I needed and the apartment was cleaned every day. There is also a balcony, which added to the experience. The Iocation in the Old Town is excellent, very close to the Big Square. I strongly recommend Orlowska Townhouse.

Excellent communication from the owner/operators signalled we likely would have a good time - we did! Tastefully retro 30s style one bedroom was our choice and we were not disappointed. Well-equipped with various thoughtful touches including ample towels and bed-linen. Spotless throughout with good, daily cleaning. Very pleasantly situated for the Old Town but avoids the crowds and noise. We heard an owl hooting nearby one night! Highly recommended. We will be delighted to return.

We recently stayed at Orlowska Townhouse wile visiting Krakow. It was a beautiful room, with lots of character but also well equipped, comfortable and clean. The location is great, just a minute from the Old Town Square, but the welcome and helpfulness of the staff really stood out. Barbara, who checked us in was so accommodating and friendly. She even arranged an emergency dentist appointment for my fiancée at very short notice! The lady who stands at the front of the hotel working for the restaurant was also very helpful, giving good advice about the town, and speaking great English.

Within easy reach of everywhere and anything, this is a quite wonderful place to stay. The Boudoir Suite is beautifully appointed with a little balcony. While it's very, very romantic for couples, it would be a cosy home from home travelling alone. The apartments are accessed by a steep but steady staircase and this apartment is on two levels. I'm on a walking stick and it was no problem at all. I really couldn't recommend it enough!
