The best hotel out of my europe trip from vienna, prague to poland.
Great service from the front desk and was helpful with my passport left behind in prague.
Mandatory spa facilities for the freezing cold weather was great! Feels like ive stepped into a brand new hotel.
Overall, would go back just for the hotel

Excellent service of the receptionist/lobbies staff. Thanks for the surprising birthday cake and lovely card for my son! It’s so nice and warm!! The breakfast is perfect as we were in hurry for another trip, so hope to come here again to enjoy the delicious sort of food and drink! Amazing!!

Highlight of stay- Spa/sauna. Stayed for 5 days 4 nights - room so far away from the lift. Its okay but given you were staying longer , its just annoying to walk all the way to the end. Room and bathroom ‘s nice.

Excellent hotel! The location, service and breakfast of the hotel are impeccable. The design, supplies, hygiene and space of the room also meet the high standards of a five-star hotel. It is especially worth mentioning that from the time we checked in at midnight to the time we checked out three days later, the front desk service was warm and considerate from beginning to end, and they responded to all our requests! The daily cleaning of the room was extremely clean and tidy. Because of this hotel, I will like Krakow even more. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will definitely choose to stay here. Definitely recommended!

The location is super convenient. There is a 24-hour small supermarket opposite. The environment is comfortable. All the staff are very polite. You can see the carriage at the door of the hotel. I will stay here again next time.

There's no room service or concierge. Remember to help yourself with the bidet. The staff are generally very cooperative, kind, and helpful. The bathroom is clean and tidy.
