Served it’s purpose for a short break but I would t return. The apartments are along way out we love walking but this was t the best base as there was nothing around it. There are no guide books when. There so you have to find everything yourself. We were give. 1 towel each for the whole 5 days which is not great and the beds were single beds pushed together which I hate. There was no English tv channels so when getting back after a busy day could relax and watch bit of tv to wind down. The rooms were boiling and you couldn’t open the windows due to the noise and the blinds were rubbish let the light straight in and the privacy. This isn’t my cup of tea it’s just a very basic student accommodation like place and needs a good refurb x

My stay at Emaus apartments was absolutely wonderful! Myself and my partner stayed in a one bed studio and to be honest it was a little too big for us both! (We were out exploring each day we were in Krakow). It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and I loved that the bathroom and wet room were desperate, you don’t realise how much of a difference it makes! The owner of the hotel is so incredibly lovely and made everything so easy for us! The location was ideal for us, as we were happy staying a 15 minute walk from the Krakow city centre and away from the crowds. Overall I could not fault the apartment. Thank you!

Nice sized room which was clean and warm but looks a bit drab and dull; not much in the way of anything colourful in the room as is depicted in the advertised images. All the basic amenities are in the apartment and its about a 25 minute walk to the main square although the tram stops are easily reached if you're wanting to travel over to the ghetto are and schindler factory museum

Nice enough but not outstanding. Wouldn't rebook. The apartment was clean and light, but the bedding wasn't very good. Single duvet on a double bed. We were only 2 in a 4 bed apartment and there was enough room but wouldn't have wanted 4 in there. The apartment above was very noisy and when people were going up and down the stairs that was very noisy when you are sleeping in the lounge/kitchen area. No where to leave luggage past 5pm if you have a later flight and the owner/manager wasn't very friendly at all, but we only saw her on the last day. About a 15/20 min walk to the main square but it's a very easy to navigate route.

Stayed here with family in 3 apartments, clean, spacious and very warm with everything you need except a toaster. When you arrive you need to ring to get a code to enter where you will be told the number of your apartment and the key will be in the door. It is about a 25 minute walk to the main square you can take different ways to get there. If you don't like walking you would be better off booking somewhere closer as there is not much around the apartments. Only downside was some mornings about 6am bins were take up the stairs to be emptied causing a loud thud thud. Reception staff pleasant and we were able to leave our cases in reception as we had a later flight . Would recommend staying here.

The apartment was very clean upon arrival, however it wasn’t as it was entirely described as seen in the photos. The surroundings in the street seemed quiet and slightly derelict. We had hardly slept all night due to the noise above us, this was stomping around the room above us, something what seemed like chairs or tables being dragged around the floor and this had gone on from about 10pm when we would usually get back to around 8am the next day. Even when we had woken up 5:30am it had still been going on and this had carried on every night we were there (fri-sun)… very strange! Very eery and I hardly slept due to feeling unsafe. It wasn’t a 10 minute walk to centre it was more like 35 minutes so we had to get Ubers! There was no shops around for miles except a vending machine 10 minutes away which was very useful for us. The shower wasn’t the best as it was an open shower therefore the floors were constantly soaking and hard to dry, even though there was a floor squeegee. Overall we felt quite unsafe and would have rather stayed in a hotel with a 24 hour reception.

Lovely clean and warm apartments . Had everything we needed . Great location and very helpful lady on reception . WiFi was also a bonus . Comfy beds and very quiet location . Shower was really good . And the heating was well needed as it was -6 and snowing when we visited
