Back to the hotel again 😊 It's okay, but unfortunately the jacuzzi is closed and can't be used. Everything else is great. I recommend

Again like the previous reviews we were put here after our flight was cancelled. The hotel is dated, paint peeling everywhere, electrical sockets hanging off the wall. Wifi is pointless as it doesn’t work, the bed sheets do not fit the bed, and the room was full of flies maybe 20 at least alive and dead.

Like the previous reviewer we were put here on Friday night after a last-minute cancellation by easyJet. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere with nothing in close proximity in terms of bars restaurants or shops. Our hotel room was so dated it felt like we’d been sent back in time. The bed was dirty the bathroom floor tiles were cracked and dangerous and the emergency staircase at the back was full of partly dismantled bikes. We were, and are still shocked easyJet put us here after booking a package with them in a fabulous hotel in the centre of Kraków. We were expected to stay there for three nights until our replacement flight, but checked out the following morning and booked somewhere nice back in the centre at our own expense.

We were put up in this hotel by our airline when our flight was cancelled. It is awful. Do not be fooled by the marketing photos. The dining room is in a shed ! The breakfast is the most basic. The bed was so hard that I could not sleep. The sheets did not fit the bed. The shower was old and did not work well and the floor was broken. The pool is ok but cost £4 each time. The jacuzzi was not in use. The sauna was extra and they needed notice. No fridge and no kettle in rooms. No bar, just a vending machine. You cannot use reception to drink and socialise...notice to ban this ! The worse part was the staff; they were not friendly or accommodating. No one cleans your room. Main door is locked at 10pm. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere miles outside of Krakow. We are disappointed our holiday company put us here for 5 nights as they would never advertise it as a place on their website. THERE ARE NO SMOKE DETECTORS!! A disaster of a place. Avoid.

Very basic, no facilities in room ie tea/coffee etc. No mattress or pillow protectors. Quiet, but out of the way from everything - need to use uber to get to main attractions. You get what you pay for.

Quite in the middle of nowhere - picked this hotel for the swimming pool and sauna. Swimming pool was not available because it was booked for the diving academy for the whole evening - the 30 min that was remaining - the manager has said that we have to pay for the whole hour to use it. The costs are not crazy - £3 per adult and £2.50 per child under 12 (p/h) and we would have paid even for 30 min but the fact that the management was super rude about it... The sauna's charge is £5 pp p/h but it is broken so....nevermind. If you want to play billiards - it is £4 pp p/h but the room is in the basement (cold, dingy and looks like the room where the spare items are stored), table looked quite damaged as well. The room itself is a mixed bag of furniture - the beds headboards look awesome - very old fashioned but generally everything is mismatched, scratched and in need of tlc. Tbh if not for the management....probably would have been a bit more philosophical about the room....The only good thing is that we did not have to pay for the parking.

We were put here by EasyJet following a last minute flight cancellation. Late at night it felt as if we were journeying into the unknown. The hotel is a good 20 minute drive from Krakow. Although taxis are cheap and hotel reception are happy to book these. Little did we know that the night arrival was the plus side of things. We were met by a courteous man on reception who directed us to our rooms. We were all stressed after the evening’s events and we all went to sleep. In the morning, we woke to a shattered window in one room, still in its frame by why not replaced? Curtains and lights hanging by a thread in another room. What appeared to be urine stained bed covers!! We were all totally horrified by the standards. I’ve given a score of 2 purely because the breakfast was plentiful and satisfactory. 2 of the 3 staff at reception were pleasant. I’m not going to say anymore here, but fully intend to take this matter up with EasyJet on an individual basis. There is no way I would ever return here. Avoid it at all costs. And for a reputable holiday company to expect customers to accept this as satisfactory accommodation is quite simply disgusting. You have been warned.

A nice place with lovely staff. We booked a last minute and the price included breakfast as well. The breakfast had all you can wish for. I gladly comeback for another stay. Of you have a bigger car it can be tricky to handle but apart from that everything was great

Dirty, unpleasant smell, dirt, terrible service, dirty, rude (a rude guy and some ETA from the Polish People's Republic), not responding to reported problems or dirt... It's better to choose something else, I bet it will be better. It's a pity that such a facility exists in Krakow... It seems more like a workers' hotel during the Polish People's Republic, and I was in the supposedly "better" version of Syferior or something like that. More specifically, problems with booking and customer service. Quote from the staff: "it doesn't matter what we say on the phone, what matters is what is written in the small print in the offer" and it says that you have to pay extra for everything. However, they did not write that the sheets are too short, and you have to sleep partly on a dirty old mattress, that there is fungus on the walls in the room dedicated to families with children, They did not write that the hangers are broken, or the wire ones used for cleaned clothes, or the air conditioner , which is the only form of heating (and I was there in late autumn), runs like a tractor and is stuck together with plasters, the floor is sticky with dirt, the old woman at the reception (she was a demolition worker) I don't know if she was the cleaning lady or the receptionist, but she didn't answer all day long neither will nor me, but for a while... at first I was surprised by her silence, and then I missed it... In the room, plastic furniture, pretending to be antiques, the paint is peeling off, faulty wiring, somehow strangely thrown over the wall... In the room I can't count on comfort, the mattress is terrible, there's no water, there's not even a kettle, and they say you can go to the stage house for boiling water. This hotel also has advantages!! It is in beautiful Krakow, where there are thousands of places to stay, so even at 11:45 p.m. you will find a better place than this siferior! Avoid!, is the best option with this hotel!

The room very well Too far from public transport They charge everything, they say in the hotel presentation that they have a swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi but they didn't let me in to find out if I didn't pay for each service, that is, it's not included, I asked for a spoon and I had to buy it
