The price was very reasonable and the rooms are a good size. It is a good ten minute walk to buses and unfortunately the swimming pool was freezing cold. You feel overall safe in the hotel and surrounding areas but during the weekend there are parties happening in rooms and the noise really carries.

Arrived down a laneway entered hotel asked did they have somewhere to eat/drink replied NO, ok so where is nearest established, to be told there was a market nearby he proceeded to get a map out I was like don't bother ended up getting taxi into Krakow city centre because this hotel in the **** of nowhere. Don't get me started on the rooms. Bed sheets didn't cover mattress, there was a mark of some kind down the wall. Funny thing is once we had checked in no staff were to be seen rest of the evening or morning, hmmmmm wonder why???? Please please please unless your absolutely desperate don't stay here

Dirty hotel. Poor hygiene . We were sent here by easy jet due to our flight cancellation. Places like this one shouldn't be traiding. There is not hotel staff in the building over nigh which is breaching our heath and safety. Shame on you easy jet

The amenities listed on the booking website don't natch what the hotel actually has and the lack of fan for air circulation made sleeping impossible.

Again like the previous reviews we were put here after our flight was cancelled. The hotel is dated, paint peeling everywhere, electrical sockets hanging off the wall. Wifi is pointless as it doesn’t work, the bed sheets do not fit the bed, and the room was full of flies maybe 20 at least alive and dead.

Like the previous reviewer we were put here on Friday night after a last-minute cancellation by easyJet. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere with nothing in close proximity in terms of bars restaurants or shops. Our hotel room was so dated it felt like we’d been sent back in time. The bed was dirty the bathroom floor tiles were cracked and dangerous and the emergency staircase at the back was full of partly dismantled bikes. We were, and are still shocked easyJet put us here after booking a package with them in a fabulous hotel in the centre of Kraków. We were expected to stay there for three nights until our replacement flight, but checked out the following morning and booked somewhere nice back in the centre at our own expense.
