Very clean place. Very good and friendly service by Jakup and Ada. If I go back to krakow I will book the same place again.

We stayed at the end of November and we were very disappointed. We were aware of the refundable deposit just in case there were any damages which was refunded the same day we checked out, which was good. We stayed in an apartment in Studencka Street a five minute walk from reception. Upon arriving we were disappointed because I can only describe the entrance and stairs leading to the apartment as a building site; dust, dirt and old doors propped up against walls. The apartment absolutely stunk of cigarettes this was mixed with the smell of what I believe to be air freshener it made me feel sick. I complained to reception asking to move immediately they were apologetic and asked me to go up to reception the next day, woke up the next day our clothes stunk of smoke although we tried our best to keep the majority in the suitcase to prevent this. I wasn’t happy due to fact we were on a short city break with pre booked tours etc we didn’t have time to walking up to reception all the time. we decided not waste our short time, grin and bare it and to be honest we couldn’t be sure we wouldn’t be put any where worse. The decor and furniture was dated and showing signs of age, the floors creaked a lot when walked on especially in the bedroom. Window barely opened in the bedroom which we needed to leave open when out to get rid of the smell of smoke, pillows so old the stuffing had clumped together. I couldn’t sleep at all with the old lumpy pillows, again I didn’t have time to be going to reception to complain. The floor was sticky at the side of my bed, cup stains on bedside table, towels not changed in the four nights we were there and no spares available. Run out of toilet roll had to buy our own. A WhatsApp number is provided to get in touch with reception however to then still need to go reception after contacting them, makes contacting on WhatsApp - pointless! I would not recommend staying here. I absolutely loved Krakow and the tours we did however it was tainted by this experience with the accommodation. It actually made my partner and I, grumpy through lack of sleep and disappointment.

Amazing place, really nice a clean an right Nxt to the square breakfast was lovely all staff we spoke to really helpful,beds so comfy , really old fashioned lift which was so cute to see but if the floor above didn’t shut the door properly ur walking down the stairs

We loved our stay here. The apartment has everything you could want while you're away - ensuite bathroom, towels, iron, ironing board, fridge, kettle, small hob. Everything was clean and tidy. The location is perfect, being just a minute walk away from the main square and cloth halls. It really is in the centre of everything. Only a 15 minute walk from the main train station and shopping mall. We stayed on the 4th floor which being able bodied wasn't a problem - there's no lift so it is a bit of a trek! We would definitely stay here again.

Staying here for 4 night lovely apartments we staying in block A with a old fashioned lift on the first night had to carry 2 cases up god knows how many sets of stairs as we on the 3rd floor if you use the lift if the door not closed properly it doesn’t work reason for carrying 2 cases up the stairs, rooms are lovely an tidy only downside it’s so noisy u can hear everything was woken up every night with people coming in an out of the block an of a morning around 6 o’clock sounded like bins or heavy objects getting bounced down stairs or dragged so was woken up again, you have to go to the restaurant Nxt door for breakfast which is really nice, plus side u are right on the main square

Stayed here in February for 3 nights arrived and was allocated a 5th floor apartment. My wife got up on flight before unable to climb rest of way. Went back to reception to ask for a lower apartment as the climb to much and no lift .given another apartment on 1 st floor which was adequate but small ,not unduly bothered as only a base. During check in we were asked for a deposit of 350 local schlote about 66 pounds sterling. We were told this was for any damages ,we are both mid 50,so most damage we do is to ourselves getting out of bed ! However were told this would be refunded to our card at end of stay. Stay was good breakfast next door was good in a little wine bar next to apartment. Though if you wanted more than one coffee you have to pay for that. Breakfast was lovely we had full English and very well cooked. We would stay again as it was well positioned next to square easy for sightseeing. Needs a warning ⚠️ no lift as top apartment 5th floor would be a killer for anyone with mobility issues. Still trying to get our deposit back 3 weeks later !
