The apartment was clean and equipped with all necessities. Judging from the photos we imagined it to be bigger but it was enough for our needs. You do not need to have breakfast there. A lot of fantastic places for having breakfast are close by.

Amazing stay!
Centrally located and a great base to explore Krakow and surrounds!
Our apartment was a very good size and exactly as described.
The included breakfast was good, although the options could have been a tad more varied.

Fantastic location and stunning apartment. However if you are a family be warned that this may not be the best choice on a Friday or Saturday night. The music from bar was vibrating through walls until 2am! I did complain next day to reception who said I should have complained immediately, however at that time, in freezing snow, with clubbers coming and going I didn't feel I could. Reception staff did say they had a 10pm noise policy, not sure the pubs got that memo! They said it was probably a special event on! Next night I WhatsApp down at 12.30am and reception did say they would ask them to turn music down. They did for 20 mins and then it vibrated back on!

Just got back from our stay here. The location is perfect, the rooms are stunning and clean. We had a little kitchen in our room which was very helpful. The bed was comfy and the room always warm. We had a little balcony as well. However, we were on the top floor and there is no lift so had a LOT of stairs to climb up, so if you struggle it’ll be a challenge! But we didn’t mind it at all. Would stay here again!!

Lovely apartments spotlessly clean lots of towels. The only downside was we were not staying in the hotel that was advertised. We had to walk on cobbled pavements With two 20 kg cases and a very vague map showing us where our accommodation was. Not easy when you’re not familiar with the city after nearly flight it was not a great start to our holiday. However after the first day we soon found our way around but would’ve liked to have known sooner where our accommodation was I thought I was staying close to the square, as I explained on booking, I have arthritis in both my knees so the less walking the better I would definitely stay with the hotel again the staff for lovely but I would want to stay in the main apartments. Still waiting for my deposit to be returned

Lovely apartment staff was all very nice and helpful nice clean apartment close to all shops and square beautiful scenery the room was nice and warm and we could choose how warm we wanted it , clean towels provided we would definitely be booking again and would recommend to others

Perfect location to explore, room was spotless clean and well equipped, reception staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Honestly haven’t got a negative thing to say about this place we loved it and can’t wait to go back.

Excellent 2 bedroom apartment , 6 of us travelled for a birthday ! We had a fantastic time ! Basic , clean all you could want or need ! These apartments are in a fantastic location ! We all had a great stay ! If returning to krakow will be staying here
